Third Party Claim, Unjust treatment, fraudulent

Hi,<br> <br> My nephew was in a car accident about 2 months ago. We have emailed the documents and 3rd party claim to Amos, the insurance investigator phoned my nephew and recognized the other party is at fault. Since then he has emailed Amos the documentation twice , Continuously phoning Amos who says he will phone him back, then today ( after 2 months) they say they going to sue my nephew for the accident! I asked him for the documentation concerning this decision, therefore I can have it all on paper to present to my lawyers, his reply \ take my word\" .Today finally he has emailed me, but the documents showing the scene of the accident drawn by their client is untruthful , which if by actually just looking at my nephews vehicle will show the proof. There were eye witnesses involved who can testify to the truthful side of events! Alexander Forbes and their client are committing fra ud, using intimidation techniques while purposely delaying in providing the documentation! My nephew has been unable to work for two months and has suffered severe financial loss due to Alexander Forbes delaying tactics!"
