The company is a complete hoax. They should get 0 stars. We saw the adverti*****t and purchased online without proper investigations. We were on holiday and had limited Wi-Fi accessibility. Deal on offer was excellent. Special price for a product which we paid R699.00 for and never received. No response to our requests for contact on their support page, emails unanswered and no telephone number. Very frustrating. Costly mistake. STAY AWAY!!
24 Feb 2016 Renewed my 24 month contract with Vodacom Garden Route Mall, Western Cape, while on holiday. Dealt with Ruan Doyle.Changed contract to Smart L - You Choose. Selected a new i-Phone 6S Plus 16G phone. Bought an extra Gig of data. Paid for the Gig & new phone accessories Inv IN02641010008059. Ruan said he would provide me with a copy of my new contract, then forgot to do so. 31 Mar 2016 My phone had worked perfectly for the entire month, but now unable to access any facility that made use of data, such as WhatsApp, Internet, etc. Assumed I had run out of Data. 1 Apr 2016 Still no data available. Able to use phone to make & receive calls. Same with SMS's. Phoned Ruan at the Garden Route Mall. Promised he would look into it & revert. By 16H30 had no feedback & so phoned him again. Replied he had been terribly busy with clients & had not had a chance to investigate the matter. 4 Apr Phone totally disconnected. 14 Apr paid my April DO in advance as I was supposedly \Bad Debt\". I have phoned 111 at least 10 times. The new C3D system is blamed. Have visited Ballito, Pavillion & Gateway branches with no resolution. To date neither Ruan nor his manager W Westraad have phoned me."
