The one star is to much My son (21 years old) went there today(19/04/24 @ around 13H00) to buy something for me. A lady working there kept on touching him very inappropriately, rubbing and slapping him on his legs, when he walked away she followed him and did it again. He was very uncomfortable with her behavior. When I tried to contact the manager/owner, the lady answering the phone refused to give the the other ladies name, because she did not want to get her friend into trouble. I am very disappointed in the service of Mooiberg Farmstall. I or anyone in my family will ever go there again. Very disappointed. UPDATE: I phone the owner back at 15h00. He was very rude and impatient with me. While I'm speaking to him, he takes another call. He said he will see that what happened and get back to me, put the phone down without taking my number. No wonder the staff is rude and getting a lot of complaints agents them when you have a owner with such a bad attitude towards clients.
For about a year Telkom keep phoning me to change from Copper to Fibre. I keep putting them off. I want an uncapped line.<br> February 2016 Telkom phones again with a new offer that just come out. Everything stays the same (4meg uncapped for the same price).<br> I asked the sales lady repeatedly and she confirms that nothing changes except Copper to Fibre.<br> March 2016 installer comes, job to big for tech man, sending John. John rude and complaining about the Tech man that is lazy.<br> Not 2 week later I discover that I'm on a 10meg line with 50G capped data.<br> 3 weeks later after numerous calls, referance nr and tantrums (on my side) Tech is coming today.<br> I was told my Telkom that they will be changing my 50G capped 10meg fibre line to uncapped 4meg fibre. Yesterday Tech dep phones to make appointment (some time during the day) tech man will collect everything. Moving me back to copper. When I Questioned the lady she got an attitude with me. Because once again, what was said and what is happening are different.<br> FIBRE DOES NOT COME IN UNCAPPED OR 4 MEG LINES. <br> I don't think that Telkom personel knows whats going on in the different departments. What know Telkom. Maybe some training.
