THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS! I have been swindled out of money by the lady that owns this shop. Paid a dress in full, was promised store credit when I communicated the postponement of my wedding. I have still not received a dress or my money back. They are NOWHERE to be found and are completely unreachable. They are shameless fraudsters and scammers that take advantage of innocent brides. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ENGAGING THESE CRIMINALS. I have opened a fraud case against them and I am not the only one they have done this to.
I've been gyming at this club for about 3 months with my sister on a black tag. Since the gym account is in her name her Discovery Vitality points are automatically logged. Because i do not have an account or Planet Fitness tag i am unable to log my points every gym visit. This is rather dissapointing. At my previous gym (not Virgin or Planet Fitness) logging my points was seamless with their onsite manual logging system, i never once had a problem. Planet Fitness Rivonia has a manual system of logging Discovery Vitality points when they're system is down and when i do log my points manually, the points reflect on my Vitality account. This is quite annoying as i gym there 2-4 times a week. There's only one person at their front desk whose allowed me to log my points when i told him about this and the points redeemed just fine as mentioned. The other front desk people would simply say there is no such thing as logging my points manually and there's nothing i can do about it i'll just forfeit my points or they simply say just sign up for a gym contract when quite frankly it wouldn't make sense to do so. Can Planet Fitness look into making it easier for us to log our points manually.
