Worst Service Ever

I handed in 2 Firearms that belonged to my uncle back in February 2015 with Jaques Botha. Reason for this was I bought the firearm from my uncle and Jaques would have assisted with the paperwork etc to get these firearms on my name. I was promised this wont take longer then 2 months max.<br> <br> Well needless to say to this day (year and 2 months later) I still don't know if the applications have even been handed in. You get no answer from the company...I have sent numerous emails that just get ignored, when you try and phone he is never in or cant take your call. When you go there you are not allowed to wait for him.<br> <br> I went there again on Friday the 15th of April 2016 to try and get some answers. I was told he is not available and when I insisted that I want to wait to speak to him I was adrresed by a Melinda Vorster that introduced herself as the owner....she said I can not speak to him if I don't have an appointment to see him and was told to leave the premises or be thrown out.<br> <br> Now I ask you with tears in my eyes how do you get a meeting with someone that cant take your calls or cant even answer a simple email...<br> <br> I have never experienced bad service like this before.
