Complain for bophelo trust which vanished with my daughter's trust fund
Bophelo trust vanished with my daughter's trust fund her father was working for NUM ND is not traceable their contact no longer working they were playing hide and seek when I was enquiring about the monthly interest year 2018 until the vanished, please assist lot of people are facing this pronlem

Desperate to go back to school
I have a problem with Alexander Forbes Trust for not paying my school allowance for the current year 2022.And so I can't attend school and my grandmother can't afford to maintain me properly solely as she is a pensioner.I couldn't buy school uniform,books and travel allowance and I have nothing to see me through please help me urgently as I fall behind with my school work Thanking you Buhle Gwatyuza Cell;0677484855

Great service and all paperwork done perfectly
What amazing people. The ladies in the admin department cannot help enough. They really want to make life easier for you especially helping with deceased firearms. The transfer of my 4 guns was painless and they go out of their way to help out. They also sell firearms and were helpfull all the way. All my licenses were granted as the paperwork of FTS is all done perfectly. All weapons were dealer stocked so I could apply, I have had issues with other shops not bothering to dealer stock making the weapon impossible to license. Any issues i had were dealt with on the day in a professional and polite manner.

Worst Service Ever
I handed in 2 Firearms that belonged to my uncle back in February 2015 with Jaques Botha. Reason for this was I bought the firearm from my uncle and Jaques would have assisted with the paperwork etc to get these firearms on my name. I was promised this wont take longer then 2 months max.<br> <br> Well needless to say to this day (year and 2 months later) I still don't know if the applications have even been handed in. You get no answer from the company...I have sent numerous emails that just get ignored, when you try and phone he is never in or cant take your call. When you go there you are not allowed to wait for him.<br> <br> I went there again on Friday the 15th of April 2016 to try and get some answers. I was told he is not available and when I insisted that I want to wait to speak to him I was adrresed by a Melinda Vorster that introduced herself as the owner....she said I can not speak to him if I don't have an appointment to see him and was told to leave the premises or be thrown out.<br> <br> Now I ask you with tears in my eyes how do you get a meeting with someone that cant take your calls or cant even answer a simple email...<br> <br> I have never experienced bad service like this before.

Worst Service Ever

Bad Service
This company (Jacques Botha - Director) and all of its staff members has no interest to help or assist any of their clients. After numerous phone calls, messages and emails, one don't get any response and only empty promises. They either NEVER call back or pass the buck to any other staff member. They need to pay my money back (that I paid in cash) after cancelling my purchase from them but to no avail. Only EMPTY PROMISES!!!

Bad Service

After numerous phone calls, messages and emails, one don't get any response and only empty promises. They either NEVER call back or pass the buck to any other staff member. They need to pay my money back (that I paid in cash) after cancelling my purchase from them but to no avail. Only EMPTY PROMISES!!!

Fire arms not stored in correct way
My father passed away last year and firearm trust came and collected the firearms for safe keeping until we can apply for the licenses . My brother went there the other day to get all the paperwork to start applying for the licenses . He asked if he could have a look at all the firearms and found them all to be cocked which is wrong by any standard . As an Dedicated hunter with the SAJV i am very very disappointed in the way its been kept and i demand an excuse from them and they will be liable for any damage caused by them and i demand that all the firearms will go to a gunsmith to be checked before i pay any fee to them for the so called \safe keeping""""
