So i have 2 toyotas with 2 units in each. However they are so unreliable with the app where you can monitor them. I stay in teh freestate and the one car is showing its in JHB but i literally see it in my yard. So got hold of support at cartrack and they said just drive the cars for a long distance then it will "reset" itself. But no luck i again send them an email with screenshots from the mobile app showing the cars in 2 different places. And best for last it shows in the one unit the car is white and othe one as silver. Its just sad that something insurance companies push for is so unreliable. And obviously no reply from the support team at Cartrack. At the end it will probably my fault if a car gets ****** as i did not make sure the units work correctly. But atleast i have proof that it was communicated to them and what they did about it is not my problem.
So i asked them to change ny debit order date from the 25th of each month to the 1st of each month. Well that took some time to get done. Here is what happend so the 26th of January the debit order went off on my account 2 February again went off so how the hell can that be ? Same debit order within a week
So i changed my employer and went online on my Marquis platform and requested for a debit order date change on October 2025. No reply and no help was received from Marquis regarding this. Last week 16 January i get a call from th AA in partnership with Marquis asking me if i would like to extend my maintenance coverage on my car. I said no all i want is to change ny debit oreder date. Only after the lady from the AA sent them an email only the Marquis would start doing something. Numerous emails later and talking to people who doesn't seem to be able to do as i requested. Finally it seems like its been done so 3 months later. Wonder how they would react if had to stop paying them for 3 months.
Horrible to be a walk in customer at this KFC in Bethlehem the one on the corner of muller and baartman street. Went there to go get some food as a walk in customer and the music is so overwhelming its like walking into a tavern with alcohol bottles on the tables and smelling bad. No one seems to care in this franchise would not turn down the music and just discussing to walk into a well known place like KFC with your kids and experience all this nonsens. Outside at the tables where you are supposed to eat are like homeless people or beggers lying on the seats. Look at the other 2 KFC's in Bethlehem and all is as it should be nice and clean and professional conpared to this one which is more like a chicken booze tavern. These people running the place is really a slap in the face of the well known KFC name.
Worst online shop ever! I have ordered stuff nearly a week and n half ago and stll have not received anything not even a tracking number! Useless is an understatement. I have send numerous emails to ask what is going on and no reply. Please stay away from this online shop
I am so disappointed in Roman's pizza at wilrow park in Roodepoort. People are literally sleeping on the benches inside the resturant and the seats are broken and torn its just a mess. If i could attach photo's to this review i would. Cant believe the state of that franchise someone needs to go have a look cause this give the franchise a bad name!
Checkers mini's what a ****. You guys made people spend thousands just to collect the checkes mini's and without notice they just stopped. Why is the trolley so hard to find and no one can get them including the box to hold all the mini's. You ****med all of us and just for that reason i will no longer support checkers or the shoprite group. We as the consumer and customer demand an explanation on social media
So i took my daugter age 2 for blood test at pathcare as requested by the paediatrician. Bethlehem Pathcare in the eastern freestate some how did not do all the test as requested with her blood or misplaced it and now phones us to bring our child again to put her through the truama. Its very unprofessional of a company who deals with these kinds of tests on a daily basis. I am not happy at all with them and no excuse will ever make me forgive them for put my child under this again because of there stupidity and not doing what they are getting payed for. I hope this will reach the head office so they can see what we need to deal with in Bethlehem. We have been waiting for the results more than a week then we get told sorry bring your child again we did not do all the test as you requested.
So my wife took her car to an engin filling station in our town and luckily she did not fill up the car this was on a Thursday. Later that day the car started behaving badly where it would cut out and loose power. Monday morning i made an appointment with my local Toyota dealer to have a look. The technician adviced us to fill up the car with diesel from a different station to see of its the diesel causing the car to act funny and so we did. Strangely enough the car was perfect and in running condition. I placed a post on facebook warning people not to fill their cars with diesel at this garage as we had problems strait afterward. So the manager phoned me from the station letting it all out and how its our mistake as we should have spoken to him after all this. Lots more people started commenting and complaing about service delivery and just how bad their experience was with this garage. And according to numerous people that have reported to the manager but nothing gets done regarding the problems so why would i then waste my time with someone who just dont care? Long story short he threatened me with lawyers and the popi act for shaming his business. Well in my eyes i think is tood up for everyone who was just affraid to say something. But now i can see why a lots of people are complaing cause according to him all who is compaining is incorrect and he even said that i properly support different gas station's and i am just trying to make him loose business. Well sorry for him but i am not in the fuel industry. So good luck with the next comeback.
So i decided to go the hydro rubber pty ltd route to seal my roof as lots of people was talking about the new company using rubber paint to seal roofs. With 10 year warranty i decided that this will be a game changer. I got hold of the local franchise in Bethelhem FS and they came and did there work. Year later i noticed leaks and the came immediately to fix it. Now 2 years later my roof is leaking again and now they never pitch up to solve the issue. Numerous whatsapps and leaving messages on facebook nothing happend the reply but never come and fix the problems. Even ended up contacting the head office and they also just reply they will get back to me but nothing. If i knew that this is what the after sales was like i would have never gone for this product. Its misleading the 10 year warranty or guarantee as the call it even the paint used by them is chipping off on my carport. Seems like if you want something done right. DO IT YOURSELF! Money down the drain for me but lesson learned.
