Giving 1 start becuase I cannot give nothing. Firstly its very frustrating to contact Aramex, Secondly I requested an update from Aramex, spoke to Edith on the whatsapp line, she gave me differnt information from what is on their system, and uppon asking her why this is she basically just logged off. I then spoke to Julia and requested to speak to a manager but she refused to give the details through to a manager, she also gave me different information on the shipment, so at this point in time I have 3 different sets of tracking and I still do not know where my parcel is. From the looks of it Aramex also does not know.
Giving 1 star as hellopeter does not allow me to give them nothing. Bad Service, over 2 weeks that my sim and router has been delivered and still not activated, they can only be contacted on the whatsapp line and you do not get any feedback there, transfer you from one department to the next. its been 2 weeks now without ANY one able to tell me what is going on or when will it be activated. If you ask to speak to a manager or a manager to contact you then you get told that they are on leave, shocking, is there no other manager on duty?

I bought couches from Zorora after seeing various adds and reasonable prices, I was told that they will make contact with me prior to delivering the couches which never happened, 30 min before City Logistics 3rd party delivery service needs to deliver I get a call saying they will be there in 30min I must please be ready, made arrangements and got the couch delivered, when I opened the couches they were soaking wet, advised Zorora about this and they said they would get back to me. That same evening I went to check my cameras and noticed that they delivered the couches on an open bakkie with no tarpaulin on and about 10 other pieces on piled on top of each other, that obviously explained how it got wet. Zorora then did not come back to me as promised and after contacting them again they advised they will replace the couch and have a new one delivered to me after it has been manufactured. About a month later, again the courier contacts me the day of delivered (Luckily the morning already for delivery the afternoon) around 16h00 the courier shows up and again, on the back of a bakkie with no tarpaulin on after delivering at 6 other places, driving dirt roads stacking the cargo on top of the couches, upon opening the couches last night they are dirty and full of dust. Their product might be good (Wont really know as we are not using the couches) but their judgement on transport is bad, making them look very bad. Whole experience is just not pleasant, rather support other guys that is proud of their work.
The new Super-Spar in Sasolburg is just useless, on several occasions we bought there and the queues are extremely long as their tills are closed and they do not have baggers, rather stop being stingy with the millions you are making in the store and start creating jobs, employ more people and keep your client satisfied. Rather buy in town and avoid using the Spar, when requesting the Owner to make contact he gets his managers to phone, their service is worse than in the store.
I am giving one star because I cannot give less than that. Requested Money to be withdrawn from my notice account as I needed funds urgently, 16 days later I can still not get my money, funds that belongs to me. Phoned them 6 times after that and every time they said they will get back to me, Daphne the manager actually guaranteed that she would phone in an hour, that never happened. All I want is to withdraw funds from my investment account and I am happy with paying a penalty, just give me my funds.
No till open at 18:20, people standing around not knowing where to go. then when complaining the owner of the store tells you how inconvenientit is to phone a client that is upset.
<p>Bought 2 Pedestals based on the fact that the delivery/pickup date will not be later than the 19th of June 2017, after sending someone 120km to pick up and come back they advise that the items will not be there today, nobody informs, updates or anything. Absolutely pathetic, they are quick to take your money and make promises but after that you dont hear anything. </p>
<p>On the 16th of December I was in an accident, the car was towed in and was at the panelbeaters for 2 months, I then got the car back only to find that the car was not fixed properly, it took Discovery almost a month to collect my vehicle so that they can properly repair the vehicle, this was mid March, last night 25/04 I got my car back only to find that after anohter month at the repairers the car is still not fixed, I mean what are they doing? this is absolutely pathetic service, they are a bunch of jokes, they do not know what they are doing. </p>
More than a month ago I submitted a claim with discovery for my stove, someone came out to inspect the stove but did not really do anything, they literately only looked at it for 2 seconds and then left again. The claim is then rejected and the reasons are "Wear and Tear" and also "its a fixed stove" so I have to claim from my building insurance, after a long argument they realized they made a mistake and that the stove is not fixed but a movable item (This already proofs that they have no idea what is going on with the claim), the claim has then been escalated to another department. It has been more than a month and every week I have to follow up and then get no reply, not a phone call, no email, nothing. I really do not know what to do anymore. I am however not going to leave it there and will make sure that this gets made public.
