Wrong decision of note

I made a purchase of a digital audio converter and received not one but 2 faulty units from this company. I spoke to a lady named Sharlene and she was nice in the beginning offering to bring me the unit as she stays closeby but ths was my mistake as its left me with little or no recourse on getting a refund as now we are literally changing years and still im waiting for a refund of R200 from the 22nd Dec. Theres been plenty time since then and enough business days to process this but it seems people dont really care for small transactions or the fact that people dont really have money to waste in December. Utterly disappointed and do not recommend them as products are faulty and theres a serious lack of customer service.
