FAKE. SCAM If I could give them NO Stars I would. I placed an order with the company for a large delivery of eggs. Paid them, they confirmed they received the order and that they are busy with the packaging... delivery will take 24h. Next day when delivery was supposed to arrive, I tried contacting them, they just replied via Whatsapp and said the truck is broken... Soon after I realized this was must be a scam.. I constantly tried to contact them but he refused to take my calls.. Bank suggested I go to the Police station to open a Case and supply an affidavit stating what happened. Went to attorneys to complete affidavit, where we again contacted Richu Poultry, the guy answered the phone and when I told him that we are going to the police to open a fraud case, he admitted that it is a scam and he stole the money etc. I have since gone to the police to open a case which they are investigating.. this guy is a scam and hopefully doesn't steal anybody elses money
I am absolutely disgusted with the service we received at the Vodacom shop at Carnival mall Brakpan. On the 10th of March we went in to the Vodacom shop in the Carnival mall to upgrade our Internet Router... First let me start by saying that the lady that helped us wasn't very helpful or friendly. But I will not mention her name here. After we upgaded our router we signed the necessary documents and everything seemed in order. In the second week of April we noticed that our internet wasn't working... This is a problem as we use it for business. We contacted vodacoms customer service, as we thought that it might be something (settings) we need to change on the computer for the new router. Vodacom customer services mentioned that it seems as if the contract has been cancelled because they cannot pick up the nr. therefore we need to contact carnival malls vodacom shop. Contacted the shop. They couldnt seem to find the contract. They will need to speak to the lady that did the contract and she will need to contact us back. (she would have contacted us back that same afternoon)..... Waited 2 days still hadnt heard anything back from them.... Contacted them AGAIN!!!! Where still nothing had been done... But they promised she would contact us...again the same day. Almost 2 weeks passed where we still didn't receive any correspondence from them... So we decided to go into the shop and see what was going on... To our surprize she wasn't there... She was on training!!!!....the woman standing behind the counter couldnt help us! We had to wait for one of the consultants to help us. There were about 8 people standing in the shop waiting to be helped. And only 2 consultant.. That also looked if they needed to have some training. The woman behind the counter didnt even care about all the people and didnt even try to help anybody! She was to busy playing around on her own phone.... Numerous people started walking out of the shop, as they have been waiting for so long to be helped and they couldnt wait any longer. We eventually got helped. To our surprize the contract was still lying at the back and nothing had been done to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....he contacted vodacom to find out if the relevant person processes the upgrades received the documents... And he replied no.. He will have to send it throug again to be processed!!!!!! This is absolute rubbish!!!!! Now we will have to wait another month before we can be on the new contract. Absolute BS!... How do you do business like this Vodacom????? I am so disgusted with the service and the people working at vodacom! I will not refer anybody to the vodacom shop at Carnivall mall. Poor poor service!!!!!
