Extremely disappointed. Ordered two personalised gifts for my husband to be delivered to him on our wedding-anniversary on 7 November. One was delivered and the other one not. I had to contact them to hear what happened with the gift. Their response to me was that the item was out of stock and they’ll deliver on Monday, 11 October. No communication beforehand to let me know about the situation. Waited the entire day for the order to be delivered without any communication from their side. Monday is way past the anniversary, but according to them that’s okay. Seems that special days really doesn’t matter to Netflorist… Next time I’ll rather make use of another gifting-company.
I’ve ordered and paid for Springbok-fan-merchandise for my daughter as a Christmas-present from the GoBokke.co.za website. I’ve received an email with an order-number. On 9 December 2019 I queried to hear where the products are, to no avail. After trying to contact the owner via email and phone I have not yet received anything from him. I’ve then cancelled the order on 18 December 2019 as nothing was forthcoming. The owner promised to refund me. Today is the 6th of January 2020 and I have received nothing. I guess his business at Access City, 5 Beacon Road, New Doornfontein, Johannesburg, is a scam.
Good Day, I must admit that I don't easily gets despondent or feel defeated, but the Post Office has got me there - almost. I've ordered a gift for my son for his birthday and it seems that he might not receive it in time for his birthday :-( I wonder if anyone can assist me. The parcel was received in Johannesburg at the start of February and it was sent to the Durbmail Hub on the 20th of February. For which reason I do not understand as we are staying in Port Elizabeth. I've tried to call - no one answers... I've tried to mail - no one responds... I've even tried a grievance procedure to no avail. The tracking number is: RZ ********** 34GB. Please help me get this package to PE in time for my son's birthday.
