On 3 December 2024, I sent my younger sister to withdraw R1,000 using eWallet at an FNB ATM located at Germiston – Golden Walk, near the entrance of the main bank. While withdrawing, R500 was dispensed, but the remaining R500 was not, and the machine displayed a message saying "Device recovery in progress." A case number was sent to me, but after two days, I visited the bank and was informed that the case had been closed without any communication via email or phone call. At the branch, the employees assisted me by opening another case and contacting the eWallet department. I was provided with a new case number and informed that the issue would be resolved within 24 to 72 hours, and the money would be refunded. I informed both the eWallet department and the branch consultant that I would be unavailable for phone calls due to travel and requested that feedback be sent via email or WhatsApp. However, I did not receive any feedback, and the money was not transferred into my account. There are cameras at the ATM, and a security guard witnessed the incident. I demand the refund of my R500. This issue appears to be affecting many customers who may lack the resources to pursue their claims, and I am concerned that it could involve *****ulent practices. Good morning, Hope you are doing well. May you kindly assist me. I made a payment for a General Work permit on the 26th May 2023, l am having difficulties in booking an appointment. When l started my booking l selected Pretoria ZEP which does not show slots and has been checking to no avail there is nothing 20 times daily. I tried to change the location to Rustenburg since I understand that as a ZEP Holder we are supposed to be assisted and a certain center's. In Rustenburg Location on VFS Website same thing happened l could not find a slot. I did choose Rustenburg at least since it's closer. I stay in Germiston and can not afford to go outside of Gauteng. Already preparing to submit this permit l have spent more than R5000.00.I know you will suggest lounge booking but it is expensive and it's not all of us who can afford it. I will appreciate it if your IT can assist me to view VFS Centres in Gauteng since it is showing only Pretoria ZEP which l selected at the beginning of my application. Gauteng VFS Location that is showing when l try to change location is Pretoria ZEP and far centers outside Gauteng. Find attached proof of what l am seeing when l want to change the location/ list of locations l am viewing on my side and would like to submit in Gauteng or Rustenburg but have no joy in finding slots. Or do you have a specific time which you do put slots. Anywhere could not attach a picture let me list them:- Rustenburg, Pretoria ZEP, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Kimberley, Polokwane, Nelspruit, George and Cape Town ZEP

My name is Tsvakaiwadi. My car was bumped by a client for PMD while it was parked at a parking lot this was on the 13th of October 2022. A claim was submitted and l was third party in the claim. They requested for quotations for Panel Beaters l did send them. Door was damaged and drivers window was smashed. The cheapest quotation was R16,079.24, the assessor for PMD then adjusted the quotation to R14 112.74 now PMD is saying they are only going to pay 65% of the quotation they did adjust. They now want to pay me R9 173.23. Panel beater said to me l do not have time with this because the the difference is too much (R, 906.01). l am a single mother and l use this car to uber to put food on table for my kids yet l am struggling using a damaged and police are giving me a hard time. PMD please do not give me stress like this your client bumped my car which was parked. In your statement your assessor blame me under negligence what did l do wrong the car was parked at an authorized parking lot and your client bumped the car.
