I bought airtime so that I could buy data, however I could not because 8ta credited me incorrect balance. I phone to enquire about the issue, the consultant that was dealing with my case could not find the reason why, so he escalated the matter and gave me a case member. It was 2 weeks ago but no refund, no feedback, no communication, nothing. Is this how such a huge company oparate. Am so shocked , not even an acknowledgement ams to say we are aware of your problem and we get back to you... In conclusion I am robbed and and denied service...
I cannot believe the lady that sold me the products can be so cold and lack intergrity. I was under the impression that Amway was such a reputable and socially accountable company, but after these am concerned about their recruitment of ABO. I bought LOC multipurpose cleaner 1litre for R150 and Complexion bar for R150 as well. I was very disturbed by such a huge price increase and i asked the lady that i was buying from and she told me that those are the new prices. She promised to bring the catalogue as she only had samples with her. So i was surprised again yesterday when she came to deliver my stock that she does not have it still and i still complained and she insisted still that the prices went up. I checked on the site and discovered that instead of me paying R230 ended up R300, i sms her for explanation but she didnt respond even now. i find the practice very unethical and fraudulent. ....
