I requested a quote on my short term insurance, and was assisted by Themba Mathonsi. He is a lovely gentleman, and was ever so patient with numerous call backs to me. When he was unsure of specific information I requested, he made a point of getting the correct answers back to me. I enjoyed his sense of humor, which made a seemingly "tedious task" much more enjoyable.
I placed and paid for and order through the online shop on 16/01/2020. Shortly thereafter I received an email confirming my order, with a tracking number for the courier. Up until today, 23/01/2020 I have not received my parcel or ANY feedback. I made contact with the courier on 22/01/2020 whom informed that no parcel had been booked with them up untilsuch date. I have emailed, phoned, sent WhatsApp messages - all of which are left unanswered. I noticed similar complaints on the Facebook review page. Stay away from this store!!!
It's been 7 months now. 7. I had a bill query back in Nov 2015 during which I'm unceremoniously informed that I am one of the "lucky" users already having been moved to their brand new "C3D"(back then I was told to say "Siebel") system. The unfortunate part is that NO ONE can access it. Yes. No one. Then comes January. I have to transfer a number onto my existing profile... Low and behold, NO ONE can help me. I have been in numerous stores. Waiting for calls, being told "next month for sure", being sent to OTHER stores. I complained on their Facebook page. My answer? "The store (where I've been) will contact you(to say what? I was there personally)". I am SO tired, and still not answered OR assisted. WHY WOULD YOU IMPLEMENT SYSTEMS YOU YOURSELF CAN'T ACCESS, VODACOM?????????
