I recently bought a top from their online store. When wanting to return the item which is allowed, 1. the return e-mail is an IT company that hasnt done returns for them since March. I had to phone the IT company owner to find this out. 2. When FINALLY getting through to FOX racing's helpline, very rude lady who said she would arrange it..............3 days later and nothing They happy to take your payment but no help with returning the item, which as per the website you are entitled to do.
Cancelled my access card without my permission but happy to take my payments. When asking the club to sort it out with their Head Office their response is you can pay for a new card or call myself to sort it out, what sort of service is this. Not good enough Virgin Active Eagle Canyon.
When will virgin active in Honeydew start putting staff on the floor during peak hours to ensure people do not bring their bags upstairs, put their weights back, or don’t hog two machines at once. No staff to be found during peak hours and chaos reigns. Shocking experiences and soon someone will get hurt. Their solution to this complaint.....put a sign on the stairs??
After holding for 30 min for an operator, verifying 19 out 20 questions for them, they won't block a stolen phone because one cannot remember one answer. Won't call u back either so I must call again and waste another 30min airtime and my time. I will cancel and never do business with them again. Tired of trying to do the right thing and then dealing with useless call centers
