Why do we have to put a star cause they do not deserve anything, SUNYOU 4 months later still waiting to my parcels that I needed for Easter was shipped end of Jan arrived in the country in Feb till now is with SUNYOU in transit no communication,I order through eBay,I do not know why they do not use SA post office at least you can go and shout at someone and take out your frustrations,SUNYOU you can't don't even know where their offices are, the seller says I shipped your parcel it's out of my hands!Pity as a customer you can not choose how your parcel is shipped!
The worst customer service ever! I called and I spoke to Michael, and I asked for someone who can speak vernacular cause I saw a few items on line and I had questions. He was rude, and I sent him a WhatsApp, still asking for someone to help me mind you, I was going to buy machines for R100 000. For no reason he was so rude. I think he owns the shop the way he was behaving, if not I am not sure why are they still keeping him.
Unfortunately, the system does not allow a no star rating, they do not deserve any star at all! Before I buy online or deal with any company I always check the reviews on hellopeter first, before buying on Africabuy I did just that, now I am doubting if the positive reviews are from customers or friends! I am so disappointed, with the service, before I made the payment, communication was very quick, after the payment, POP was confirmed, then I asked when can I expect my parcel, no response, sent numerous emails, called, just got a text saying, I will be called back. I have been waiting ever since! I've requested a refund, so I can buy from another supplier that is more reliable, no response still! It is so frustrating to be ignored after paying your money.
21/06/19, I placed an order, I paid and received confirmation. I then went to HelloPeter to check the reviews, I normally check before I commit to any company I never dealt with before, but this time it was after. I was horrified when I saw the reviews, I was like "bye bye my money"! I was expecting the worst. The delivery was 2-5 days. 27th, I received a call someone asking where I was? they are at the location. I was not expecting any deliveries except Runaway one but after reading about the delays it was the last thing on my mind, when I met the guy I to my surprise I could tell it was my boots! as much as I wasn't expecting such a speedy delivery, I still had mixed feelings because of all the reviews about wrong sizes, wrong colour even wrong items, when he handed me the parcel I just ripped the package open and he was like do not rip the delivery slip you must sign it and hand it over first, I just wanted to make sure that everything was fine. I couldn't open the box quick enough, I checked the size on both, check if there were any defects, there are just perfect! exactly as the picture, one of my best buys online period! I am sorry for those who had bad experiences but for me right now, I am very happy and I'll definately order from them again!
I was referred to this company by a friend, that was in 2008. I called the owner Mr Bongani Chemane very friendly, gentle man and placed an order of a mobile cold room with an intention to start a hiring business. I made a deposit of 50% of R 25 000 that was R 12 500. After a while I called to cancel the order as I was not interested anymore. he told me that he has never had a customer cancelling the order before, however he promised to pay me back in full. I was very understanding that there are a small company so I gave them some time to put together my refund, big mistake! It dragged 2 years! After a lot of calling ( done by me of course)and a lot of empty promises, his wife Mumsie a very nice lady as well, paid in R 3 000, and promised to pay the rest, ( Yeh! shame on me for believing that!) Fast forward 4th of May 2016, I contacted Mr Chemane again, to say "hey I am still alive and you still owe me" I received a call from Mumsie, she asked for my banking details , I was led to believe that the payment will be made immediately. The following day I texted her, to remind her, she said she will let me know as soon as the payment has been made. I called her on her mobile but it rand and rang till someone picked up and said, she went out, needless to say, she did not call back. On their website wosiyane coldrooms .com they have listed very nice values, such as mutual respect, integrity, courtesy etc, but they are nice just words, they do not live by those value. I did mention to Mr Chemane that I was going public with this till my money is fully paid I won't rest. I asked him if his company reputation (if any)is worth R 9 500, I guess it is as I am writing this review right now. This is just the beginning I am still going to the medium that is likely to be read by their target market.
