Disgusting service in every way! If I get going I will be hurling expletives non stop.
Pathetic in every regard. Pure criminals. Ripping people off at every opportunity. They dont treat you as a customer they want to retain...once you have a contract, they milk you for every additional thing they can. Systems always down and they make you pay every single time even though its their faulty systems and setup. Customer service is basically non-existent. Too much to complain about. Just don't fall into their trap.

On 3 Dec 2015 i lodged a query regarding unauthorised activation of packages on my dstv decoders for which i got a reference number. I was told that the matter would be looked into and will get back to me. After no contact from them, i called again on the 27th and was told that my query/complaint will again be forwarded to the relevant person/dept and that their finance team are experiencing backlogs hence the delay but i was assured that it would be investigated and i would be contacted. I should not have to waste my time and money continuously following up for an answer. Today, 7 May, i called again to cancel and downgrade my various accounts and questioned the status of my previous query. The attitude from the consultant was disgusting and provocative. Essentially she was questioning why i was only following up now as if it's my responsibility to continuously chase up on multichoice to get back to me on my query. Utterly reprehensive customer service from this consultant and also multichoice at large. i asked to be put through to her manager and after waiting another 5 minutes, i was told she was on another call and i could hold or they would call me back immediately. Now hours later, I have still not received any phone call. Needless to say i am totally appauled at the attitude of this consultant who unnecessarily aggravated rather than effectively dealt with the situation. This is NOT what i expect from multichoice. As what is effectively a monopoly situation in the market, you need to still maintain proper customer service standards!
