Pathetic in every regard. Pure criminals. Ripping people off at every opportunity. They dont treat you as a customer they want to retain...once you have a contract, they milk you for every additional thing they can. Systems always down and they make you pay every single time even though its their faulty systems and setup. Customer service is basically non-existent. Too much to complain about. Just don't fall into their trap.

Has anybody taken out a 5 year contract with Office Guru and Centrafin? So clever that when you sign up they have you out of the laws.... You sign that CPA laws don’t apply oh and you sign personal surety. Sign here .... this is for x Sign here .... this is for y Sign here .... oh this is for owning your kidney I understand penalty fees and all but life changes and the need for the service is no longer there with less staff and a smaller office two years into the contract. To get out of it the settlement.... wait for it R100 000. So pay us for the entire contract and you can stop using our services ? Um why would I do that? Rather then keep the stupid service which was sold to me to half my existing bills at the time and in the first few months cost me triple based on the suggestion my business might only need 20g but lets see When we where bleeding money instead of saving do think they cared? Noooooo Find another company to give you a overvalued PABX system that has integrity. So if you are thinking of saving money for communications - this is not the company to do it for you.

Sales person was misleading. Do not trust these scammers. The sales pitch was an optic fiber internet deal together with there telephone systems, that is fine because the we can cancel our DSL line and save money. Now there is no Fiber, there systems are installed so we get billed for there useless telephone systems, we can't cancel our DSL then we have no internet access. No savings whatsoever as in the sales pitch just a scam. Now we have to pay 2 bills. Worst of all they can't tell you when can you expect fiber in your yard, just say its not there responsibility. Don't do businesses with these scammers you regret it.

Signed a Contract with the Office Guru in Early September 2017 for Fibre Internet lines the Sales Executive Stephen Badenhorst promised that the installation would take between 6 to 8 weeks. they installed APN phone lines and have bound me to a Contract with Centrafin for the Equipment but still today 06 JUNE 2018 and there is still NO Fibre installed. I have spoken to Jamie Taylor and Pieter koen who assured me they will handle this and get back to me but yet still no response. I have to Constantly Email, Phone and try to get a hold of someone to tell me what is going on, I asked to Cancel his contract in December and was told by Centrafin that I need to pay the full outstanding Contract Amount, now Stephen Badenhorst has Resigned from The Office Guru! and no Feedback regarding the Fibre has been given. We even Tried IS Ignite ( RAIN LTE) suggested by The Office Guru but still Experiencing issues. I Was ASKED BY STEPHEN TO REMOVE MY PREVIOUS HELLO PETER COMMENT AS THEY DID NOT WANT MY NEGATIVE POST TO BE VISIBLE TO OTHER CONSUMERS. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any Telephone supplier. I am NOW going to the OMBUDSMAN and get them involved in helping me get rid of this Contract and Company as I Feel that the Business Relationship is now beyond repair. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY!!!!

Shocking customer relations. If customer support refuses to let you finish your sentence... they will never be able to understand the problem. Due to server changes by Office Guru, we were experiencing faulty telephone lines for weeks, were down for more than a day before they realized the problem is on their side and not ours, and still took 24 hours to fix it. Loss of business for a client is of no concern to this company. CANNOT RECOMMEND. Very quick to sell to you and lock you into a contract.

Shocking customer relations. If customer support refuses to let you finish your sentence... they will never be able to understand the problem. Due to server changes by Office Guru, we were experiencing faulty telephone lines for weeks, were down for more than a day before they realized the problem is on their side and not ours, and still took 24 hours to fix it. Loss of business for a client is of no concern to this company. CANNOT RECOMMEND. Very quick to sell to you and lock you into a contract.
