AVOID THIS COMPANY!! THIS IS A **** COMPANY!! Was contacted by them form Part Finder South Africa after looking for a Part, Paid for the PArt, was told it would be delivered, delivery never happened, when i Arrived at the Address on the invoice there is no such address!!
Reported a ***** case on the 26th of July 2024, Got a Case Number, Supporting Documents, Signature Speciman, All Required documents was submitted to the bank on 29 July 2024 to customerdocuments@africanbank.co.za then again on the 30th of July 2024 all the documents was submitted to 'txforensics@africanbank.co.za' i also emailed the documents to Grace Nkosi, it has been nearly a month and all i response i get is " Once there is anything the investigator will contact you" this is the worst Service i have ever received, and in the mean time i am being charged interest, the unprofessional way i am being treated is disappointing, Why would i go through all the Trouble of getting a Police Case if I was aware of the ***** Transaction. I was also Charged R113 for a replacement card?? does that seem Fair???
UTTERLY UTTERLU DISSAPOINTING COMPANY!!!! YET AGAIN AFTER REQUESTING BALANCES , NO ANSWER FROM DEBT RESCUE!! NEIL ROETS IS SUPPOSED TO BE MY DEBT COUNCILLOR, YET HE IS NEVER AVAILABLE AND HE DOESNT DIRECTLY WORK WITH THE CLIENTS? SO WHY THE HELL WOULD THE COURT APPOINT HIM IF HE DOESNT EVEN WORK WITH THE CLIENTS, ALL YOU GET IS INCOMPETENT STAFF, UNRESPONSIVE QUERIES AND EVEN MORE STRESS!! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ALWAYS BEGGING FOR INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNTS!!!
Creditors Removed from Monthly Payments that are Supposedly Paid Up, just to find out that these accounts are still open, and that all outstanding balances are not updated. I Feel Extremely Disappointed in Debt Rescue that was Supposed to Help me but in fact has only made things Worse for me.. Where is Neil Roets that was supposed to be my Debt Councilor according to the Court documents?? How can 1 individual be Responsible for hundreds of Debt Review Clients? He’s the CEO apparently, but doing absolutely nothing to assist the Clients and all he does is Profit of People in Financial Distress… UTTER USELESS!! This is raising a big concern about IPDA that Payments are not Made and if Creditors are removed from Payments without obtaining paid up Letters. I Suggest that Neil Roets gets of his high CEO Horse and get back to me as a Matter of Urgency or I will be Going to Hello Peter, Social Media Platforms as Well as Lodge a Query with the High Court to Establish how they Appoint a Debt Counselor to Someone when in Fact that Debt Counselor is never Reachable.
Total Disrespect to Companies, and Harassing with daily Phone Calls!! Every single day we get countless Telephone Calls from B-Sure Africa Insurance Brokers we have asked and Pleaded for them to Stop Phoning Us,and it does not STOP!!!! Now its gotten even worse where they are Phoning me on my Personal Cellphone Number! I will now Formally Lodge a Complain at the Insurance Board for Harassment, as this seems to be the only way to get this Company to stop Contacting US!!!!
So I have Given Notice for My Lease agreement to be Cancelled, with me Canceling the Agreement before the Initial Period I understand that I Forfeit my Deposit, HOWEVER!!! how can you Charge me an Additional Months Rent? and Also Additional Charges for Maintenance and Repairs, so I have to NOW PAY for 2 RENTAL PROPERTIES!! the Rental Agreement STATES THAT THE DEPOSIT WILL BE USED TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGES OR MAINTENANCE AND ONLY IF IT IS MORE THAN THE DEPOSIT THEN I WILL BE LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES? ANSWER ME THIS?? HOW CAN YOU TAKE DEPOIST, A FULL MONTHS RENT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT TOTALS TO ALMOS R 13000 THIS IS UTTER BUL****!!!! NOW LET ME TELL YOU WHY I'M MOVING OUT OF YOUR COMPLEX OXFORD HEIGHTS MONTANA GARDENS! 1. NO RULES ARE BEING ENFORCED ( NOISE/ LITTERING) 2.THE SECURITY GATES ARE CONSTANTLY OUT OF ORDER 3.THERE IS A POOL AND BRAAI FACILITIES, BUT CAN NEVER BE USED DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE OVER A 1000 PEOPLE TO USE 8 BRAAIS AND A 2M X 2M POOL? 4. CHILDREN PLAY IN THE ROADS, AND IN BETWEEN TENANTS CARS! 5. FIRE CONTROL? WHAT FIRE CONTROL PEOPLE ARE USING PORTABLE BRAAIS ON PATIOS WITH 2 SETS OF FLATS ABOVE THEM? WHAT IF A FIRE BREAKS OUT? YET AGAIN NO RULES ARE BEING ENFORCED! 6. THE EXIT INSPECTION IS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE YOU WANT THE TENANT TO PAY FOR SMALL LITTLE THINGS THAT WAS IMPERFECT WITH THE BUILDING! \ 7. PEOPLE ARE PARKING WHEREVER THEY LIKE AND PALYING MUSIC SO LOUD THAT BY 21:00 IF YOU PHONE THE COMPLAINTS LINE YOURE BEING TOLD THAT THEIR SECURITY COMPANY NO LONGER WORKES THERE SO TO BRING ME BACK TO MY INITIAL QUESTION HOW CAN YOU CHARGE SOMEONE R13000 FOR CANCELING A RENTAL AGREEMENT 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO EXPIRING?????
Signed a Contract with the Office Guru in Early September 2017 for Fibre Internet lines the Sales Executive Stephen Badenhorst promised that the installation would take between 6 to 8 weeks. they installed APN phone lines and have bound me to a Contract with Centrafin for the Equipment but still today 06 JUNE 2018 and there is still NO Fibre installed. I have spoken to Jamie Taylor and Pieter koen who assured me they will handle this and get back to me but yet still no response. I have to Constantly Email, Phone and try to get a hold of someone to tell me what is going on, I asked to Cancel his contract in December and was told by Centrafin that I need to pay the full outstanding Contract Amount, now Stephen Badenhorst has Resigned from The Office Guru! and no Feedback regarding the Fibre has been given. We even Tried IS Ignite ( RAIN LTE) suggested by The Office Guru but still Experiencing issues. I Was ASKED BY STEPHEN TO REMOVE MY PREVIOUS HELLO PETER COMMENT AS THEY DID NOT WANT MY NEGATIVE POST TO BE VISIBLE TO OTHER CONSUMERS. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any Telephone supplier. I am NOW going to the OMBUDSMAN and get them involved in helping me get rid of this Contract and Company as I Feel that the Business Relationship is now beyond repair. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY!!!!

I am considering going to the Ombudsman and get them involved in helping me get rid of this Contract and Company as I Feel that the Business Relationship is now beyond repair.
