Setting the records straight.

My Name is Mari White and I am the office manager for Tygerberg Pools. I have decided to write a review with regards to Craig Z and his negative comments on Hellopeter with regards to Tygerberg Pools. He did not use Tygerberg Pools as his installation company, another installer did his installation, and they bought the shell in 2020 from Pools 4 Us (Liquidated in December 2022). Pools 4 Us have done everything they could to fix his shell and in May 2022 everything was sorted out and his pool repaired. He has in writing confirmed that he is eventually happy with the repairs. Pools 4 Us have unfortunately started to struggle for different reasons and factory was liquidated. We have informed client that he can put a claim in against the estate. Yes Pools 4 Us and Tygerberg Pools had the same owner but Tygerberg Pools only do installations, and they are 2 different entities. He is continuing to bad mouth Tygerberg Pools on different platforms and we will take the case further with legal action. His reviews have been reported to Hellopeter as well. As an installation company we pride ourselves in our work.
