I have never seen such terrible service, to name just a few of the shocking events below </p> <p>• I had paid for a buffet and yet there was not enough food, the starter which was soup was finished by the time myself and my guest got to the front of the line</p> <p>• There was not nearly enough of the main course either, two guest at my table were not able to eat</p> <p>• When ordering tea I get told the kitchen has run out of milk and someone has gone into town to purchase some, Which Bistro/Restaurant RUNS OUT OF MILK </p> <p>• When dessert time came around there was no custard with the malva pudding as you did not have milk? Do you not prepare? </p> <p>• A option of DRY malva pudding or carrot cake was given Lo and behold to know one’s surprise before even half the guest had been served you ran out of carrot cake </p> <p>• The lady dishing food in the Lapa area used her HANDS to put things in peoples plates. HER HANDS </p> <p>• When it started raining a bit guest had to move their own table and chairs inside </p> <p>• Your staff were not trained, the lady dishing the food loudly proclaimed she does not even work there. She’s a cleaner and was just bored so decided to pop by and help out</p> <p> </p> <p>This was mother’s day, it was supposed to be a treat. I had brought along my in-laws and my own mum. What was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon at a wonderful bistro turned out to be an embarrassing nightmare </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and I want my money back so I can treat my guest to a real Lunch one where they hopefully get to EAT!!!!! </p> <p> </p>
