Skyfi sold its customer base to this ISP Fibrestream and now they offer the same pathetic service as SKYFI. NEVER EVER USE SKYFI OR FIBRESTREAM, This can"t be legal.

to log a query we always get the same reply
We have not had an internet connection for the most part of 1 months now. When we phone to log a query we always get the same reply. They will check the settings and get back to us. The only thing worse than their connection is customer service.Thank you Wesley

Have not had internet service for over a month, always a different excuse! Unfortunately I've signed a 2yr contract...is there a way to get out of this contract
