<p>I'm on Dimension Elite, paying roughly R3400pm!</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to go for a Neck Fusion of 1 vertabra!</p> <p> </p> <p>Before I was admitted in Hospital, I had to pay R6700 upfront for hospitalisation!</p> <p> </p> <p>In addision, Im now receivings bills from the Dr stating Medihelp only paid R10000 out of the R30000 cost, and from the anethetists account of R8800, they only paid R3800!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a healthy person, but this excess is rediculous!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Furious client!!</p>
<p>I sent away 2 parcels from The Tzaneen depot to OR Thambo Int Airport and surrounding area, but the parcels was not delivered because according to Sydney and Jeanette at the JHB branch, the driver hasn't found the delivery address whilst the contact details is on the waybill do***ent!</p> <p> </p> <p>According to Jeanette, the Manager, if the address is not found, the parcel is brought back to the depot for delivery after the office has located the delivery address! When I questioned the logic behind not phoning for assistence regarding the delivery address, I was told that she does not tell me how to run my business, so I have no say over how they do theirs!</p> <p> </p> <p>The parcel contained perishable products that should be flown out to the UK, thus my frustration!</p> <p> </p> <p>Schocking client service from Jeanette and Sydney at the JHB branch!</p> <p> </p> <p>My other parcel was delivered according to Jeanette, but with only a signature and they couldnt even tell me who signed for the sample? And this after the receiver phoned and said that they havent received it. I was asked by Jeanette if she could email the do***ent to me, as if she's done her part and now its up to me to find the parcel!?</p> <p> </p> <p>Dissapointed customer, whos needs was not put first!!</p>
