Loans not paid
In November last year i was informed by Rodeco affiliated with Lendico that my loan of R20 000 has been approved and that the paying bank Esteem trust bank will contact me to arrange for payout. Were they contacted me and then all of a sudden i have a loan for 100 000 and keeps on asking for money to be paid for card fault exchange rates etc which i was blond enough to do and almost 89 000 later and no loan received. Then rodeco advised me that the company will make a full refund of my amount payed to them but they wanted me to take the review of Hello Peter which i refused until i receive my money and then they informed Hello peter that my statement is false and i had to send all documents to Hello peter to be reviewed. Then eventually Rodeco told me if i take the review off Hello peter now they will refund my money immediately. Which i then took off to see if maybe i will get my money and again as promised no refund received and stories the entire time. So im writing this so other people will not be caught with this as well and they only communicate with you via whatapp and email which they send with all the different accounts for the money to be paid in. They even send me a card which looks so real but people it is not please be very carefull. If anyone wants to see proof you more than welcome to ask me and i will send same. We will also be taking this to court and carte blanche. Please be very careful not to be trusted at all.

Rodeco, lendico, esteem trust bank.
Guys please do not be a fool like me. You never get the loans. My 89 000 which i had to pay to them is gone as they advised me that management said if i take off the review from Hello Peter they will refund my money which i refused and now they refuse to pay my money back. I do not want to see more people being fooled like they did with me. The lady did send me a ncr registered document which she said they are registered but that document is in the name of Lendico which she advised they are agffiliated with registration number on rodeci letter head is not theirs. Please guys do not get fooled like me by redeco, lendico or esteem trust bank as my mom landed up in hospital and i have instructed investigators now against them.

Esteem Tb
I have applied for a loan with them. They advised me that i can get a loan of R20 000 rand and need to make a once off payment of R2000. Once same was done they said that their paying bank will contact me which they did Esteem TB where i was requested to pay more money and a card that was send to me. Up until now they have gotten R80 000 out of us and still no payment received every time Esteem TB are just requesting more and more money and all my money is gone. Please people im warning you today so that no more people get caught like this. We are opening fraud case now and will be going to high companies to report this as fraud my mom lost everything and landed up in hospital yesterday due to all their promises and lies and all her money that she has paid is gone. Please do not fall for this. I have learned a hard lesson from this. But will not leave it there and they will be dealt with.

Scam
Guys just a headsup. Tamed Amazon parrots is a scam site be very careful do not let then scam you. I bought an African Grey from them yesterday for 2500 rand and 900 rand shipping which was 3400 rand and then I had to pay another 2500 rand because the bird had to go in a special crate on the flight and 5900 rand later no bird all sorts of stories that the bird is now in quarintine at Or Tambo due to the bird not having scabist vaccine the message from Isabella c Yagami : The shipping company charges for not vaccinating the bird with scabist vaccine and now they need a further 1200 rand and no one gets back to you. I have opened a case at police station against tamed amazon parrots which the ceo of the company is Isabella C. yagami. She request money via eft with immediate payment or e wallet payment via contact number 078 907 3944 and address they give is 26 Van Zyl St Musina, 0900, South Africa. So please be very very carefull it is a scam get money and then they dissapear. I will write a new review once I have more info from police station. Dont be a victim of Scam to them.

Complaint customer service by MTN A Westgate
<p>Got a contract from Mtn A shop in Westgate Mall on the 25/05/2016 I have been with them for 18 to 20 years and never received this bad service before. The phone is only 4 months old and got stuck on all applications unable to use the phone. It has been booked with MTN A Westgate Ref: Witness as an out of box failure for the phone to be replaced as it has not been 6 months old yet so booked in on 22 September 2016 were the repair centre confirmed same was only booked in on 12 October 2016 with them. First rejection was incorect port inserted in the box, The correct charging port was taken to them the same day in my luch hour. They rejected the request for the second time due to an S pin they claiming is not inserted in the box and cover dented as well as page 4 of the form not completed by the consultant in store as well as phone scratched. Witness confirmed with one of the managers Ayanda at MTN B store westgate that the s pin was in the box and the phone was in a good condition without any damage to the phone. Now i'm told they will not replace the phone with a new device but only the mother board will be replaced were my phone has been damaged in between the store and the repair centre they expect me to take a second hand phone that was damaged by themself. There after they involved the region manager were he is also not prepared to replace the phone and only for it to be repaired after my phone is damaged by them. Not once did they contact me to state what the status of the device is i have to phone each and everytime to get status feedbacks on this were almost none of the time you get them on the phone were i need to drive up and down for feedbacks and i just need to accept the same where i'm paying for a contract that i do not even have a phone to use and then promises made from store to have it sorted and replaced and then the same never happens were some is not willing to assist anymore due to it not being there querie and they can not deal with MTN A queries which is closed due to renovations. Also they can not assist until the phone is back in there position were no one has told them to rebook the phone and needs to be replaced due to the damage done to my phone. The MTN A store actually advised me the only way i will get anything done and sorted and for them to replace the phone is to walk in by HVRC Offices in Midrand i will not drive to midrand due to consultants that is unable to attend to customer service when you walk in by the store all pretends to be busy when they see you and they were not prepared at anytime to assist and never gets back to you. I was told that I rebooked the phone were the same is not even in my possesion and were dealing with the store and not repair centre. I'm highly disapponted with Mtn for all the years I have been with them and now they not prepared to assist customers and then damage your new device in the process off repair and not willing to replace the phone I do not actually even want to be a client of MTN at all anymore this is totally unacceptable customer service. I will not leave it here and get the same phone back that was damage by them how fair is that towards a client.</p> <p>For over a month now I am paying for a contract and service which I cannot use due to bad customer service and for my phone has been sending from pillar to post.</p>
