Several calls, emails back and forth, texts, empty promises and 6 months later Im still in the same situation. Why is it so hard for them to resolve this!? They have been sending me a bill that needs to be sent to the medical aid. I've been in contact with case manager Jacinta Hadskins from the start. I have mailed her again several days ago to please refer me to someone else now and haven't heard from her since nor does she answer her phone.
Hi all Please don't use this company. They are poorly managed to say the least. The owner promises you so many things and doesn't deliver. His time and project management skills are putrid. He promised to complete the project in 2 weeks and a month later I am still waiting... His artisans that he uses are very bad in their trade. Broke and chipped so many tiles. Used the adhesive as grouting when they ran out of the material because the gaps were so huge even though we supplied them with spacers. I have paid him most of the money already and by doing this he is not responding. He installed the bath, which I informed him the next day is leaking. He wanted me to pay the plumber to fix it. He didn't install the basin and didn't know how to install the shower. Didnt buy other fixtures that I paid for. We had to pay someone to install the door.He just left the rubble on my property and a hole in my wall...
