<p>While reading the review, bear in mind that after the booking, I needed to follow up multiple times to get answers as they do not respond to emails after you have paid them. They also do not pick up their phone when trying to call them.</p> <p>I enquired whether this company could do photo strips for a wedding photo booth. Willie confirmed that they could. I therefore made the booking. Closer to the wedding I reminded them that we wanted photo strips and not the A5 sized photos - I got the answer that they didn't think the machine could do this, and that they thought having a big photo per session was better anyway. They came to us to demo the booth. This was a nice gesture - but Johan who did this kept on insisting that an A5 photo was a better option although we has specifically asked for photo strips. It turned out that there machine could not print photo strips.</p> <p>At the wedding Johan refused to fix the photos where the blue screen technology made people's clothes dissapear into the background. He stated to one of the guests who asked about it, "This is what they paid for, this is what they get." However the machine is able to manually override the blue screen and the clothes can be put back into the photo. Johan was just not willing to do this for the guests. He even stated that only the bride was allowed to have her photos fixed. They state that they have the most advanced blue screen technology in SA. What does that help if the operator doesn't make use of the functionaility that comes with it?</p> <p> </p> <p>After the wedding I asked for the photos to be fixed before it was shared with us. I was only given 30 fixed photos (after four weeks) that were an average of 60kbs (who can print such a low quality? and the rest of the photos were just kept as they are (with not seeing people's clothes). I phoned Johan - he didn't pick up (big surprise). I then sent an sms after which he phoned back and said that he had already fixed all of the photos and didn't know what I was talking about. I said that I would go through all the photos and follow up about what I was unhappy about. When I followed up on this I did not get a response. This was two weeks ago. I followed up again but still haven't received a response.</p> <p>They talk a big talk but they do not deliver the service they promise.
