I submitted my withdrawal request with HD Markets on 3rd April. To date I have not received my withdrawal. They stated thatbwithdrawals take 2 to 5 working days. Its been almost a month. When I write to them, i receive no response. I just want to caution people not to be cautious of such brokers as we might have another JP Markets on our hands. I have also written to the FSCA wuth the same complaint. I will update you if there will be any developments.
My debit order bounced on the 30 September due to insufficient funds on my account. I subsequently made a direct deposit through PnP of R1000. I had a shortfall of R201. 62 as my total bill for the month was R1201.62. Telkom suspended my services a week later citing non payment. I paid a total of R210.00 via PEP store to cover the shortfall on the 21st October. I went to the telkom store of the same day. I was informed that my services will be reconnected within 3 to 4 days. On the 25th October Telkom debuted my account with R1462.00. I went to the store enquire about the reconnection of services and the untimely debit order. I went to Eastrand Mall store where I was assisted by CHARLES CHARI. This person should NOT be in customer services. Not only was he not interested in my complaint he utterly disregarded me and gave me a phone to take up my billing issues with the billing department. Infact I had to ask him for the phone because I could not contact the billing department from mine as my service are still suspended. I must say that I am disgusted by way this Charles treated me. I was finally assisted by some lady through the phone. I dont know her name but would like to thank her for her mannerism. She told me that she could not pick up my direct deposits from her system but could only see the debit order which went on the morning of the 25th October of R1462. 00. She told me that she will take a screen shot of the payment and forward it to her superior who will in turn forward it to another person to reconnect my service. She further told me that this process will take 3 to 4 hours. That was yesterday around 12 noon. My line is still suspended. I dont know what to do anymore. All I know is Telkom will lose me as a client as soon as I can get out of this agreement.
