We've shopped here a few times, it's a nice clean store. Never had any issues until today, we were followed and watched by your staff member, who was at the til when we came in, it was very unpleasant, whenever I turned around she was there, when I walked around to check stuff out, she was a few feet behind me staring. Now mind you, there was another customer, in store who didn't receive the same behavior. If you have an issue, with people entering your store with bags, please get a bag check in, so that they don't have to experience that type of stereotype and mannerisms. We bought 4 items and left the rest because we didn't want to try anything on, just to get out of the store and to avoid being policed, while getting a body language that we were trying to *****, she should've just asked if we wanted to ***** anything, would've respected that open line of communication more than having someone hover over you while trying to enjoy a Sunday morning shopping.

We got to the corner of postnet, at the stop sign your driver knocked into our Uber, he tried to get away, he eventually pulled over and asked us where did he knock into us and became very aggressive with our driver Brett, when Brett tried to get his information, he attempted to get away and nearly knocked him over and nearly hit another car, camera footage outside sunclaire building Claremont. Your driver started swearing and tried to call a guy named temba for backup, we drove after him to get your company details, as well as car details. He swerved off just after stadium on main.

Beware when ordering online from them, with apps like MRD groceries, they will send you items that they can't get rid of in store, such as items that are going to expire the day after you've purchased them, with visible poor food quality. I ordered online on 3rd Jan 2024. Send stale bread expiring the next day and blueberries all messed up at the bottom.
I purchased a voucher from one of the client stores in Cavendish Claremont Cape Town and had no idea that you closed as no-one reach out until I tried to make a booking today, how can I redeem this, as it has a 3year expiration date. How do I get my money back. No response on their social media pages either

The worst BPO - ****ita What a complete waste of time. Zero growth unless you are a world class A$$ kisser. Zero compassion, you are nothing but a number and numbers are easily replaceable( that's why they are forever recruiting, not because of growth and people moving up but because people leave like crazy or get fired) Recruiters will sell you the BPO dream ( which always includes growth but it never happens, I mean you have so many agents in the same position for 5+ years and people were only promoted to TLs because their legacy staff left during the second year of covid) always excuses. Managers and above treat people like dirt, they are driven by that title on their lanyards. I had an HOD who was pushing for me to get a warning because I worked from home for nearly 2 years, came back to office and got COVID surprise surprise, this from a company that wasn't following COVID regulations to the T. HOD doesn't even greet people, you must kneel down and greet her. It's disturbing what goes on, in that building and parking lot!! You are expected to follow the company values but management and up can't be bothered to uphold it. And don't think for a second you can trust your manager with anything that's happening in your life or that's impacting you negativity, they have the tendency of sharing this with people in your team and other members of staff. Just like political parties, when they need your vote, they promise to listen and take feedback, do this and that for staff. The minute employee surveys are over the drama unfolds! You have been warned.

@EngenSettlersWay 1 month later still no refund. 15 august, I made the mistake of buying a few items here. They were busy upgrading their payment system - after 20 minutes of just standing there my payment goes through but according to the cashier it was rejected on her end, even though I showed her my bank transactions, nope was asked to pay again because according to them it will reverse. An hour later, I made my way back to the store because said payment still hasn't reversed, they assured me, it will reverse. Ok fine I waited 3 days, surprise surprise, still nothing had reversed, I go back to the store, show proof of the double payment, wait for over a week only to get told the admin team can't locate the transactions. Fine I wait for my entire month of August transaction history to yet again prove that there was indeed a double payment and nothing has been reversed or refunded. The store manager said he has been following up, with the admin team and based on this review, nothing has come of it. So this is theft then ? there's no other way to look at it. If I went into a store and took items worth double than what I had in my bank account and told them I'm coming back now, to pay the rest, they wouldn't let me leave the store, if I made an attempt to leave they would've had me arrested for theft. So money was taken and I was promised it would be returned to me and it's 1 month later. Engen settlers way observatory/mowbray
Very disappointed with these guys. When I showed interest in an IT course, they made sure to contact me frequently, I was amazed by their hospitality. That didn't last long, fastward about a month or six weeks into the course, this stopped. The course content is just prerecorded, the guy in the video had a slightly strong accent and really not captivating at all, definitely not worth the value. They have better course content on YouTube, when I completed the course, I just received a PDF certificate, I asked about vacancies, I got an email on June 3rd, just to let me know, that there are no updates regarding vacancies and that was it, no follow up, no check in, nothing. Mario is a lier (over promised and never delivered) This was one of the cheapest institutions, I found and thought I came across something great, after reading their wonderful reviews. Cheaper isn't always best
