My battery died in car. Texted Pinapple. I was helped very shortly and immediately. I would give five stars, but the call center agent who gathered my address of where my car was parked, was not that great. Had to repeat my address over and over again. Eventually, we got cut off. The second call center agent was much, much better. I feel like all call center agents should deliver the same level of quality. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience after all. The guy who came to charge my car battery was very good.

CAR INSURURERS WATCH OUT! Pineapple hasn't responded to very simple questions I posted in their App about their car insurance for more than a whole day. They were very happy and eager to spam me with automated push notifications, but when it came to answering my simple question, silence. If they can't respond to a mere inquiry, what's going to happen if I ever need to make a claim??? I'm getting cold feet now.
<p>I called Davenports to ask for spare parts for my heater. The lady I spoke to at reception told me that the parts are available. I made the effort to drive all the way there, only to be told that the parts are still being shipped over the next day and that she would call me if I left my number. The next day came, no answer. I decided to wait patiently. After a whole week of receiving no call, I decided to follow up. She told that the parts were in the store and I can come and collect them. Upon arriving for the second time, I am told by a different servicemen that the parts are not available and that they are very hard to find. He is sorry, but Davenports cannot help me. He wanted to know who had helped me, I pointed out the lady. She offered no apology, not an ounce of remorse whatsoever. She just simply shrugged and said, "my bad." I was so shocked that not only had Davenports wasted all my time, but the way they did not even care that they had wasted my time. This is by far the most unsatisfactory customer experience I have ever had. I am complaining on Hello Peter because I don't believe that complaining to Davenports will make any difference. Simpy because they are indifferent. I am never going there again, come hell or high water!</p>
