MTN good network provider but pathetic client services
I have been with mtn since 2013, literally for 10 years. One of my contracts was to be canceled as I was sold something that was not usable, I made the complaint within the 7 day period and since then I was promised a contract termination.... fast forward 2 years later I was still debited for the contract, despite sms confirmations from mtn regarding the cancelation. When my full 24 months was up I called and requested for the contracts to be terminated... this was done but because mtn sent me data 2 days before my termination date, I was charged 2x the usual contract rate, I fought this with mtn, a dispute was made yet, my bill still reflects the double fees... extremely pathetic service from MTN, I was within all my rights, and dispute mtn promising a contract termination for 2 years I was debited continuously, and when I'm within my termination period they send me data and change me for it, yet they are fully aware that the data is not usable, and that the contract was terminated.
