Dups Stylish Designs does not deliver
Andrew Medupe (Andy) came to our home and did measurements and sent us a quotation for wall cladding and after paying the 50%deposit being R5 000.00 it was excuse after excuse. He **** about his business and when going to his place of business as per his invoice, it was not in existence. After requesting our refund , it has been lie after lie .

Do not advise purchasing gifts as you there is a no exchange or return policy without a reciept.
No Exchange policy wihout a reciept for cash purchases, therefore do not purchase gifts from Earthchild as it will not be exchangeable let alone returned. Unhelpful callcentre agents that do not record your details correctly and when following up they indcate that you did not give your correct details.

Cheated and refusal of a refund
Dear All My husband and myself visited this nursery on Sunday to request a quotation on pavers and all other needed materials to pave. We showed the sales man a picture of the area to be paved and also told him we need 50 square meters... we indicated that we are going to compare the quote with others we obtained and decide where to purchase the goods. The salesman brought us an amount that he had quoted by the manager at the business , when we compared to other quotes this one was R1500.00 less and of course we immediately made payment and expected to receive an invoice with a description of the goods to be delivered, However all we received was the receipt from the machine we swiped our card at..... when the goods were delivered it was just 50 pavers and not 50 square meters as we requested. When we called and requested a full return and refund it was refused by the business!!! Be aware when doing business at "die tuingenoot"
