If I could, I would score them less than 1 star. Ongoing correspondence with Momentum Health since 2024 regarding an unpaid claim. Authorization was provided by Momentum (auth number on doctor's invoice), yet they claim the procedure WHICH THEY AUTHORIZED is not covered on the plan. NO feedback, NO explanation, just an unpaid bill leaving us with debt and legal threats. We will be changing from Momentum to another more competent medical aid where they care about their members. Will ensure we spread the word about how truly bad and shocking Momentum is.
We have been dealing with Leandra Real Estate for over 4 years now. They are the best rental agency we have had the pleasure to deal with. They are reliable, with quick turnaround times and always willing to help. The owner Leandra is a wonderful person. We recommend them to anyone who needs to buy, sell or rent a property.
<p>I have called the insurance line over 5 times today and also sent an email to 'insurancequeries@mtn.co.za'. At first I was informed that my claim form that I sent through last week (see date of email below) was not received. On my first call, I held on for over 45 minutes and got cut off while someone was trying to see what is going on with my claim. After numerous attempts to get answers (or just someone to answer my call), I called the repair centre to see if they can maybe help me. I was told that the process would be faster if I deliver the damaged phone. The problem is that the only repair centre is in Midrand and I cannot get there to deliver my phone. MTN insurance is supposed to collect the handset from me.</p> <p>I have been paying my insurance unfailingly every month and I please need to get this sorted out urgently.</p> <p>I just called now again while typing this complaint, and to no surprise my call was disconnected. Poor service.</p>
