The people arrived on time and introduced themselves so that we know who is on-site. They explained what needs to be done and we agreed on installation position of the equipment before they start with the job execution. The job was completed on standard.
We were at Farm ń Sea grill house for a family lunch. The food are very tasty and exceeds our expectations. The waiter was friendly but professional.
Glassfit, Vanderbijlpark branch replaced my vehicle's windscreen. At two corners of the windscreen the paintwork of my vehicles was chipped badly right to bare metal. I reported it to the personnel but is was damaged done.
During November 2022 a dual sensor system was installed in my vehicle but since installation one unit is permanently down. The unit was replaced twice but everytime it worked only 2 to 3 days before it was down again. I locked about 30 cases over this time with Mix-Telematics but the response from their side doesn't help to solve the problem.
The Beame tracking unit in my vehicle is now down for 3 weeks allready. I tried to contact Mix-Telematics customer service on a daily basis on the phone number supp**** but they do not answer the phone. I logged 3 complains via e-mail and I received computer generated case numbers but there is absolutely no response from their side.
Ther was nearly 2 months delay between ordering date and eventually the delivery of my goods.
