I paid a massive deposit for security gates in Feb 2017. He has since dissappeared with the money. A case of fraud has been opened with the police.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>In the first week of May 2016 I used the MTN Active website to activate two additional services on my contract. 1 - Recurring 100min and 2 - Recurring 10GB data bundle. Both immediatley appeared on my online bill. However only the 10GB data bundle was activated on my line. The call centre agents have no clue of how to activate the Recurring 100min on my line. After a week I called and had to explain over 5 times what the issue was. Consultant eventually provided a ref no for resolution. Two weeks later I called again! This time the agent says I MUST CALL ACTIVATIONS! I call activations but its PREPAID! I'm told I MUST CALL CONTRACT ACTIVATIONS!! Really!!??? This time I get another ref no: 184491360. Still no recurring minutes on my line but its on my bill! What pathetic service from MTN. Your customer handling system is dismal. </p>
