I took a subscription with IOLPROPERTY in 2012, unfortunately due to the site not working for me, I gave 30 days notice to cancel the account as per the agreement signed. In the next 30 days I plan to find another portal of which I can advertise my properties so I was happy to wait for the 30 days to lapse. Due to stupid office politics of IOLPROPERTY, they have cancelled my subscription with immediate effect. The reason they did so is because their ex staff member works for me part time. Now what the hell has that go to do with my business. I am still advertising properties and still have that incling of hope that I may still get an enquiry until I have moved advertisers. WHO THE HELL DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?!?!?!?! The consumer protection act Im sure will have a field day with this let alone every other agency who had to wait 30 days to cancel their subscriptions with IOLPROPERTY WHO INSISTED ON IMMEDIATE cancellation. Their policy is to call on the agency to see if they can save the cancellation yet I had no call whatsoever regarding this. Upon calling the head office about why my account is inactive only 4 days after sending the cancellation, we were advised that the Acting MD Carolyn Savage had advised accounts to immediately cancel the account. Now where on Gods green earth does a company of this stature allow for immediate cancellation. Well Done IOLPROPERTY for treating PAYING clients with such disrespect! Its not the money I am saving, its the principle!!!

For the past couple of days I have had hell with Absa bank, so I decided to search for another bank. It seems to be a trend of who can be the worst bank ever. I called a client of mine who works for FNB and she got a branch manager in touch with me called Lyle, he was very excited to set up an appointment with me but couldnt make up his mind which day would work for him. Eventually we agreed to today being Tuesday at 9am. I was actually rather excited about our meeting as I am ready to put Absa to bed now. Pity the dude didnt even pitche for me meeting. Rather shocking i must say. Now I am resorted to get in my car and find a bank who would be happy to have my business. Surely its not that hard for a bank to get their in car and want to meet a client who would like to move 6 business accounts over to them?? Wow!!!

Once again, Absa is absolutely ****** useless. I posted a complaint yesterday to hellopeter and Absa made contact. The lady emails me and asking me for my bank account details....already that is suspicious as it could be anybody and I dont believe in giving just anybody my account details. Then when I had missed the call from the lady from Absa I tried calling the number and it said that the number is inactive so the warning signs are to me there. When I emailed Vanessa Crowe again and asked her this morning to call me on my landline, she again wanted the account details. Surely Absa can look up my name and company name on their system? There were 5 emails sent to her and everytime my signiture appears on the email, is it not obvious what my business name is. Why is it that one must s**** feed these people???

I then got a call from Kelvin Murdock and I tried explaining to him that Absa is terribly slow, once again he tried to pass the buck. I also asked him what the point was of getting sms' because I wasnt getting my log in notifications, he then after a while said for security reasons......well hello, anyone can then log into my account without me knowing. Why have that system if it doesnt work. I cant understand why Absa wont take responsibility of a fault and get it fixed!!! Yesterday I had to go to a branch and do my banking there and whilst sitting there, there was a customer who came in saying that his money keeps dissappearing after closing his account and the lady discovered that his account was never closed from a previous branch. Thats very smart Absa!!! I thought I was the only poepol getting *****ed over by Absa. You have the cheek to charge me over R2000 a month for internet fees but what do I get out of using your system, high blood pressure and a headache!!!!! Believe you me when I say that should I have a heart attack from all this drama, Absa will be liable!!! Absa will lose all my business and its not a petty little check account, we are talking about 6 business accounts. I am done!!! Today I move to another bank who might actually value me as a client. I wont just be a number to them. AGAIN, ***** YOU ABSA.......Ever since your system changed which is around 1 year ago, it has been a nightmare and everytime I report it, you people just pass it on to the NO DEAL pile......whatever!!!!

I am sick to death about complaining about Absa. I have reported my problems several times to them and they just dont give a ****. For months now I have been saying that there is a problem with absa online banking and all they say is "its the machine I am working on" For goodness sake, I got a new Lenovo pc and my assistant uses a MAC and yet the problem persists over and over again. I am running a business here and have a reputation to uphold to my owners yet Absa who I hold several business accounts with holds me back. I look like the F'ing idiot to my clients.....not absa.

I am suppossed to have a private banker.....well guess what they dont care about you. Denzil Kistian is supposed to be my banker....he doesnt give a ****, you are merely a number to him. His manager Paul Counihan promises and promises to have my problems sorted out.....Ja whatever.....

Yesterday I couldnt log in for 2 hours.....at 4 am in the morning when most of South Africans are sleeping.....I couldnt log in, when I eventually did it was so slow.....oh let me not forget that I have still not received the log in notifications that I was logged in to the bank. Then when trying to do banking, it bombed 5 times!!!! Seriously Absa, so much for your values that you portray to the whole world.

**** YOU if you are an Absa client. No one answers their phones, the whole world could be bombed and they would be none the wiser.

Get a grip Absa, I would not refer you to anyone.....and believe me, I know a lot of people!!!!
