The incompetency at SAPC is appalling. Since 2021 I reported a discrepancy in my account. Even drove to the offices to sort it out. To date a year later my account is still owing. The finance department at Council is a bunch of incompetent individuals. I wonder what they are getting paid for 😏😏
The Department offices located in Jhb turned me away at the entrance because they were CLOSED FOR CONSULTATION AT 14:00. What are the working ours in these government offices?
<p>Wanted to exchange talking points for a handset. The consultants were too busy to assist me. I went twice in one day but was not assisted. </p>
<p>Went to Pick 'n Pay (New Market) in Alberton this morning, teller said she has not money in the till, the office where they get the cash did not have a person to give money, the manager was nowhere to be found. i ended up leaving wihout thw cash. five minutes of my time wasted.</p>
<p>Bought airtime through the fnb banking app, realised afterwards that the cell number was wrong...FNB cannot reverse the transactionaccording to one of their employees - case closed. How possible is that?</p>
<p>Just bought airtime through FNB app, made an error on the cell number, tried contacting number, unavailable, vodacom ustomer cannot assist so is FNB. WHO SHOULD ASSIST ME THEN?</p>
