<p>I bought my daughter's Matric farewell dress from Adoringdress.co.za, which all look ligit.  Only at the time of shipping the dress did they inform me that they are situated in Shangai and when I wanted to cancel the order, I was informed that they cannot refund me.</p> <p>The dress eventually got to South Africa and I had to pay exhorbitant duties because of all the fraud customs have with China related countries.</p> <p>Evetually after about a month I received the dress and what I ordered was not the same as what was delivered.  My 5 year old niece could make a better dress than what they did.  Upon enquiring, I was told I bought the dress and have to live with it and I cannot return the dress and they will only be refunding me 5% of the invoice.</p> <p>I had to then take the dress to a dress maker, and the entire dress had to be redesign because the dress was not made according to the sizes offered and the picture fo the dress.  The colour and style was not the same either.  Upon enquiring about this, I was told by Adoringdress that they make it as close as possible to the picture.  This was not at any stage communicated to me, only when they received their money.</p> <p>They have no interest in even looking at my complaint and they are still cheating plenty customers.</p>
