I've purchased a lot of components from ACDC Strubensvalley over the years. Their service was never up to scratch, but it was a convenience factor to me. They have since closed down. I contacted ACDC Fourways which is now the closest to me. Gloria, the Manager, answered the phone and man, what a difference of Customer Care compared to Strubensvalley. She introduced their Company to me and delivered a service beyong expectation. She immediately offered me free of charge delivery as a gesture of goodwill because of the inconvenience caused by the Strubensvalley branch no longer in operation. She got Calan to contact me regarding my requirements. He was very professional and within a few minutes my stuff was on order. Calan kept in contact with me and offered to deliver my stuff after work which he did. Congratulations team ACDC Fourways. Well done and thank you for your outstanding service. Thank you Calan. Calan also offered to deliver any future purchases from them. ps. I only order three items and I wss treated like i've bought out the shop😀

I am rectifying the rating to a 5 because of the excellent service rendered by James and Brandon from Car Care Clinic Head Office. So back to the original post as mentioned below. Car Care Clinic Valley View Christo from car care clinic valley view Krugersdorp is not trustworthy at all. My vehicle was out of commission for 30 days due to incorrect diagnoses and incompetency. Long story. I then contacted James, the Regional Manager at Head Office. He immediately made arrangements to get my car into their Workshops. Vehicle was with them for one day. They sorted out the problem 100%. Thank you James and Brandon for your excellent Customer Service. I'm enjoying my vehicle again. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
