VICTIMISATION

<p>The manager at imperial cargo solutions brackengate,brackenfell,has been verbally abusive,dicriminating,victimising,and victimising,discriminating,verbally  abusive.                                                                  abusive,discriminating,victimising,unethical,amongst other complaints regarding her,i made an appointment to meet with her as she has now gone to a point wher she swears at him and then he was grabbed by his arm!common assault!she refused to give me awnsers as to why she treats "some"employees like animals and walked out of the meeting,i have sent numerous emails to this manager's incharge,no reply,employees are screaming for justice in this workplace,yet nothing is being done,what is my next step?</p>
