Imperial refuses to pay costs associated with damage car caused by their truck driver
<p>My car was hit on the side by an imperial truck driver. I had to hire a car while my car is on repairs. The company refered to matter to their claims division/insurance. They only want to pay for repairs.</p>

Imperial Cargo Drivers can **** YOU!!!
<p>My car was damaged this morning by one of your drivers...who then told to me to **** OFF!!!</p> <p>He was changing lanes when he bumped into my car, thought he would hear that bang !! and stop the truck but no i was wrong he kept pushing in and pushing in until my back door on my right bended in . We hooted at him trying to make him aware of what he is doing and that didn't work , we moved away because we thought he was gonna **** us as he was not stopping.<br />As we moved away he then changed his lanes , and threw his hand back at us while we were shouting and telling him to stop .<br />This happened Friday morning 14th October 2016 7:00 and 7:30 am<br />We were on the N1 , (1st ) Left lane heading to Bryanston and he was on the second Lane . he changed the lanes and on ramped on Malibongwe Drive,he turned left as if he was heading to northgate</p> <p>What i don't understand as well is, why did he have to change lanes last minute?? didn't he knew where he was going in the first place?</p> <p>IS THIS HOW YOUR DRIVERS ARE TRAINED??<br />WHAT DO I DO WITH MY DAMAGED CAR???</p> <p>I NEED THIS DRIVER CALLED INTO ORDER AND I NEED MY CAR REPAIRED !!!!</p> <p>Of course he will says he didn't see us , but what did he think he was bumping into? a huge brick in the middle of the street?<br />when we tried to stop him why did he throw his hand back at us if he was not aware what was happening??</p> <p> </p>

APARTHEID IS OVER GINAMI TRADING
<p>On the Friday the 02/09/2016 @ around 15:20 PM On Old For Road , A driver VR Buthelezi of Ginami Trading (vehicle registered to imperial cargo ) smashed into my vehicle , The driver miss informed me that he works at Avis ,but when i contacted Avis they had Know recollection of him upon my own investigation I found out this vehicle belongs to imperial , After contacting imperial they were very unhelpfull they obvisously knew who the outsourced the vehicle to but did help me with the details , i further investigated and call Europ Car who assisted me with the details of the said party at Ginami Trading ... Things just went downhill from there , i was threathend by their employee Eben Dipenaar, who was rude and racist towards me because i am a women he tried to bully me over the phone countless times , i then tried to contact their HR department to lay a formal complaint the lady (Marilize ) was very reluctant to help me or to tell me who was in charge so she said that she is the HR manager , so from then on i cc'd her on all emails thereafter she calls me and tells me to stop sending her emails yet she is the one that asked me to mail her . Thereafter i tried to contact the comapny again to find out who is the manager i was the told it was James Smith who also had a Dont care Attitude told me i must stop emailing them and deal with the panel shop directly (They are the ones who hired this panel shop (revolution panel shop and they didnt let me see any quotes so it was not my responsibilty ). My car is currently with the Panel beater for the 3rd time now but whats more fustrating is that these people think its ok to be racist and ***ist and rude to me just because i am not white and am i female . Apartheid is long over and i would wish anyone the treatment that i got and im currently getting with them . Imperial is always the leaders in innovation and i dont see how they can do business with a company that literally has no regard for people what so ever . im really ashamed that we cant look beyond color or Gender when will we all have equal rights .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>The manager at imperial cargo solutions brackengate,brackenfell,has been verbally abusive,dicriminating,victimising,and victimising,discriminating,verbally abusive. abusive,discriminating,victimising,unethical,amongst other complaints regarding her,i made an appointment to meet with her as she has now gone to a point wher she swears at him and then he was grabbed by his arm!common assault!she refused to give me awnsers as to why she treats "some"employees like animals and walked out of the meeting,i have sent numerous emails to this manager's incharge,no reply,employees are screaming for justice in this workplace,yet nothing is being done,what is my next step?</p>

Imperial Cargo will kill you and never look back
I am a safe driver and am keeping to my following distances. This morning at 06h07 on the N1 South between Old Johannesburg Road and Samrand Road Imperial Cargo tried to run me off the road for being a safe driver. This driver started flashing his lights, blowing his horn and even tried to squeeze me off the road. Verbal abuse was the order of the day and all this just because I am keeping my following distance in the 3rd lane. Plenty of space for this cowboy to pass. <br> <br> Of all the transport companies on our JHB/PTA roads this is the worst kind of representation of Imperial Cargo and I surely hope they never again be allowed to travel to Gauteng.
