Do not buy high value items from game online the return process is an absolute nightmare, I ordered a fridge online firstly they courier partners decided to deliver without prior notification like other courier usually do and this isn’t the first time they just assume people stay at home 24/7 and never work. So on the said day I was at work and received an sms that my package will be delivered shortly, I had to quickly arrange for my helper to receive the package. I rushed home as soon as I could probably about 20 mins or so after the courier had left. Immediately I realized that this fridge was not value for money at all and extremely small for the large price paid. I quickly logged a return that same day moments later from then there was no response from them and o continuously had to prompt them for this , eventually I received a mail for pictures which i advised I was at work but as soon as I got home I immediately sent the pics. There next day later in the day still no response from game I them followed up to which they rep**** they are waiting for pics which was sent and I still send a remind on that mail for them to acknowledge receipt of my mail and nothing. Thereafter I contacted them again via chat service and after few hours they rep**** to my email to just say pics have been received since then they have not collected the fridge nor provided response today I sent another email completely ignored I advised them numerous times that I’m without a fridge and also want to purchase another one from them that’s on special and I would like to not miss that one but no care in the world. Today I got a call regarding another return from the same order which is another nightmare on deceptive marketing, but I asked this guy to please follow up or point me in the direction of someone that can help me with he fridge he advised that they needed to know of the fridge was plugged on and of the original packaging was available but no one communicated this with me so how was I supposed to know I’m not a mind reader . This is a total nightmare I’m without a fridge and game cannot be bothered and all of the agents have an attitude as if this was a free gift from them and not my heard earned money and from now reading reviews on their page about this fridge number of people have experienced the absolute same nightmare DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you are setting yourself up for stress
I am so extremely disappointed and disgusted at the behavior of your manager at the Edgars store in Chatsworth never in my life have been so humiliated or stripped of my dignity like this before. I purchased a dress and two t shirts on the 25th of September 2021. Within the course of the next few days I contracted COVID 19 and have literally been through hell for the past few weeks with my sister even being on oxygen and almost not making it. I’ve been through so much hence I did not have time to come neither could I as I was infected with COVID 19 so if I had been able to come to the to the store sooner to return the dress that does not fit me I honestly would have. I have been a loyal customer of Edgars for years and years and I honestly never been made to feel like this my whole life I feel so humiliated. Today I rushed to the store as tomorrow is the 25th and would mean that is my last day since your bluff store closed I rushed to Chatsworth where I bought the items only the one did not fit and that was the one I was returning. Initially I asked the clerk to check if he could find a larger size for me as this one did not fit me he Checked and then advised that he only had one but it’s on laybye so I said no problem. He then went in the back and comes back saying he cannot return the item as it has and I quote a “fragrant stench” firstly staff should be trained how to speak but this was apparently the manager that interacted with me today I asked her what are you trying to insinuate as I have not worn it because I’ve been terribly ill the whole time any the measly R229.95 that I paid for this dress means nothing to me but the lady humiliated me in front of all the other customers in the store … I literally bought this dress tried it on for a minute it did not fit me put it back in the packet, did she smell the dress when I purchased it ? … what ever fragrant stench she is speaking about could have even been someone else who perhaps tried it on in the store and didn’t take it I have no idea what she’s even speaking about but she really embarrassed me … I will never ever shop at Edgars anymore as I’ve never been treated like this by any other store or any other person in my life completely humiliated and made to look like a fool a thief (by insinuating that I wore it ) and then Like a person that has poor hygiene because I honestly do not know what she meant by fragrant stench did she even think of all of the possibilities before humiliating me in front of all the our customers in the store 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. I am absolutely shattered. i was asked on social media for my number however they have still not contacted me since 8 this morning.
I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the Takealot driver who came to deliver my parcel this morning. I have never been treated like this in my whole life and also embarrassed in front of my colleagues like this before. I did place an order last week which I tried to cancel days before it was due for delivery but there was a huge mix up with this , which we eventually sorted it out. I ordered another package which was initially going to be delivered on the 26th I saw a message this morning that the delivery had moved forward while I was on my way to work, my order was a COD order which I obviously needed to draw cash , however the driver was already here by the time I got to work and obviously I didn't have the cash on me as I initially knew my order would be delivered two days later. So I advised the driver of this which in turn the driver choose to verbally abuse me in the presence of my colleagues and tell me that I'm always a problem etc. and the last time I did this to him , which wasn't the case . he spoke to me so rudely and really embarrassed me, eventually I asked for his name so I could make a complaint , he refused to give it to me and repeatedly in a rude manner asked me what do I want his name for, eventually I walked away otherwise he would have continued to do so. I honestly have never in my life been embarrassed or made to feel like this before. I am in customer service and i definitely don't do this to my customers.
Cell C is the worse network ever dont do businesses with them not only is their network ****py but they are also thieves , My contract expired in June last year and they did not cancel it they have been charging for more than 6 months over my contract and that too changed the amount without my consent ( charging me more for less ) thereafter i called them and asked that this contract be cancelled the agent than advised that my account would have to be debited once more at that stage i wasn't to happy but i said fine as long as i'm rid of cell c . My debit went off on February and now they have debited me again for march when i call the agents have an attitude and tell me that they wont reverse this debit order . Please dont use CellC they are always dishonest and their network is ****. USE MTN they are honest and network works even during load-shedding.
The only time you should use the courier guy is if you want to be treated like a common criminal and spoken to with arrogance although you are the Client. I will be changing over courier services as i have never in my life before experienced such bullying from a manger by the name of Sylvia in the Durban Branch. I had a parcel that i booked to go to cape town when the driver came he picked up just the documents and the number plates where left behind. Within seconds i realized and called the courier company to ask if they could please give me the number of the guy as he just left and should be around the corner ... The helpful Johannesburg operator said she would transfer me to Durban as only they have this details, I did advise her that i did try calling the Durban branch although its a mission to get through there lines. After a few times of her trying to transfer me i eventually get through to manager by the name of Sylvia this person should really not be in customer service or even be allowed to engage with people because she was rude from the word go ... she first started to say that she cannot give me there drivers number which i understood but i asked please can you call him as hes just left and should be around the corner thereafter she gave me excuse after excuse with much arrogance without calling the driver after i persisted she eventually called the driver who than said he was in bay head (which is obvious hes gone so far because she spent more time arguing with me than actually calling). I then explained to her that this parcels have to go together as my client needed it urgently after me begging for solutions she eventually said she would send a second driver and that i should leave it with security and the driver would come back by 9am this morning nobody came so i called back to head office to find out whats going on i explained to the agent that i don't want to speak to the lady from yesterday as she gave me such a hard time ... i was then transferred to the same lady rude Sylvia who told me she remembers me clearly and asked if the driver didn't come to which i replied no , than she has a conversation with someone on the otherside without even telling me hold the next thing she comes back on the line saying oh all the drivers are busy than i try to explain to her for the umpteenth time that the pieces have to go together she then then continues to be rude and speaks about me to another agent while i listen in (I'm sure i dont have to go into detail about how unprofessional this is.... if you want to gossip about someone at least have the decency to put them on hold so they cant hear you .... i then ask to speak to a manger after she gives me an earful and then she advise a manager would call me back and they still haven't . This Lady should not be allowed to deal with people... this kind of arrogance should not be allowed in customer service .. i will be taking all my work to another company because i refuse to be subjected to verbal abuse by someone i'm actually giving work to ... This makes no sense at all !!! DONT USE THE COURIER GUY DONT DO IT !!!!
Telkom is probably the worse company in South Africa to deal with , They are a bunch of lying thieves with no regard for customers. I honestly don't understand how they still operate. I ordered wireless lines to be delivered to my new business address. After speaking to the agent whom advised me it would be quicker to move to wireless lines then transfer my current line so based on the information he gave me I placed the order. He said it would take 3-7 business days to deliver so based on that information i planned to move my office on the 8th day as that would have given them sufficient time to deliver. On the 9th day still no delivery ... early that morning i spoke to a female agent (disclaimer i have yet to speak to and honest agent or staff at telkom yet, its as if lying is first nature there) The female urgent then promised me that everything was on track for my delivery and they would deliver that same day, By 4pm there was still no delivery of my lines i called in again . I'm now put through to a much more crafty liar who assured me several times that my order is on the way and i will get a call shortly to verify my details and that the Delivery guy was in transit. i waited for hours at the office way past business hours hoping that the order would come and still nothing . The next day i call in again and speak to an agent by the name of Latania who tells me that my order was never placed weeks ago and the female agent i spoke to the day before only placed the order at that stage that she promised me delivery .... Latania then made several promises of getting her manager to call which never happened. I then made a few more calls each day to agents who tell me my order was cancelled on the system . I then called in again today spoke to an agent who asked me to tell him my whole story and then says he cant assist then transfers me to another slightly arrogant agent by the name of mason who promises to have some other manager call me .... still no calls .... still no Delivery and still no care from telkom all while im loosing thousands of rands daily as im unable to run my business without phone lines ..... we wont even get into how they lied and sold me a 10meg internet line knowing full well i have no coverage in my area and billed me thousands each much because they refused to cancel the service that i was not getting .. Something really needs to be done to telkom we cannot let them get away with this behaviour
i have been waiting over 10 days for clicks to try and get assistance from clicks it cannot believe such a huge company has no respect for its customers and don't bother'to answer my query ... They are Literally the worse company on this planet .. People should rather shop at another store they do not deserve our business they have a flipant attitude when it comes to customers im disgusted with this behavior .
Absolutely appalled by the service and dishonesty of clicks SA. Clicks are always advertising specials lurring customers into stores but never have any stock and even if you leave the current store you are at and go to a store outside your area you will be met by the same fate ... you can try sending them queries online as their fake instore promotions are never reflected online to which they will say that they will get back to you and you can send them daily reminders still with no response!!! Don’t know but at clicks rather go to another store where actually are honest and staff are helpful and don’t get annoyed when you try to buy something or ask them a simple question
CONSTANTLY TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANCOSA , THEY LITERALLY DO NOT CARE TO ASSIST STUDENTS . ITS LITERALLY EASIER TO RESURRECT SOMEBODY FROM THE GRAVE THEN GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY AT THE UNIVERSITY . I HAVE A QUERY GOING ON FOR MONTHS AND ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL AS A RESULT I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO REGISTER FOR 3RD YEAR AND HAVE WASTED SO MUCH TIME. PLEASE PEOPLE YOU RATHER QUEUE FOR DAYS AT UNISA THEN STUDY HERE ITS BEEN TOW YEARS HERE ANY NOTHINGS CHANGED
<p>Im Currently completing my second year at Mancosa and i must say i have never come across such incompetence or lack of service from any instituaition in my life like i have with Mancosa . I honestly do not know how they are still running and why do people actually put up with this . its not just one deparment be every single employee as if they wake up each day saying how can i be more unhelpful today . When their websites dont work and we can upload our assigments they say we must email them , They dont respond or even acknowledge emails . You can even send them 1 million reminders nothing at all Phases them . Right now im trying to get the fees structure for my second year so i can make payment i literally copied every single email address that exists at manosa and know one responds i sent reminders no response still , I call in and they have the bigesst attitude ever. How in this day an age do they get away with this total disregard for human beings ?? i mean we paying them and its not like they are doing us a favour . i wish they would really wake up and smell the coffee.</p>
