Two days before the end of my vacation stay the clutch of my RAV 4 gave out... On 21st of December. Ravi went out of his way to find the right clutch kit, his people worked overtime and did an excellent job. Out of his workshop I drove 700 km back home without a hitch!! Ravi, you're a star!!
I was seriously let down by this company: Twice before our travels I tried their "e-mail confirmation of trip", and got the reply that everything was in order, but then, the flight they had me booked on did not exist, no airline had our info, I had to purchase new tickets . I tried to contact their help number, to no avail. They took my money and gave me nothin in return. I would strongly advise people not to use them!!!

Then I got hold of Liezl van Rooyen at First. She was amazing - she understood my dilemma, acted effectively and fast and sorted all my queries within two days. Well done! You rock! </p>
