Above and beyond.
Action Panelbeaters in Spartan has to be the best panel beater ever. Cyril, the General Manager and the administration lady, Raquel, took communication to a new height. They kept us informed almost daily on the progress of our car repair after an accident and on any delays in receiving spare parts. They even fitted new brake pads for us a few days later at no charge. I feel we have made a new friend! Highly recommended.

Useless service. Slow attention from waitrons. Nearly everything we asked for was not available even though the menu is very limited. Then the lady who took payment asked if we were including a tip (which we actually had done in spite of useless service.)

Absa goodwill.
We endured a phishing experience with our Absa account. They handled everything with complete professionalism and, although none of it was their fault, they refunded us as a gesture of goodwill. So glad we have always banked with them and very grateful to them for maintaining our faith in them. Well done Absa.

Goodbye Woolworths. Not prepared to be hoodwinked and treated like a fool.
<p>Woolworths you have some answering to do. Firstly I received an SMS to WW Rewards customer to say if I purchased two full priced items from Women's Fashion I would get 20% off plus an extra 5% if I paid with my Woolworths card. I was buying jerseys for my 88 year old mother who was excited to hear that she was receiving 25% discount. At the checkout my problems began. Firstly I was informed that I did not qualify for the 5% because the 'Woolworths card' they referred to was the Woollies credit card not the rewards card
