We visited Harvard Cafe yesterday morning for the breakfast buffet. To our regret. What a disappointment.. We waited 15min after sitting for a waitor to come take the drinks. I had to get up twice to get a waitor to serve us. We were seated inside, up the stairs on the deck. Not at one stage was there enough food in the trays. We had to walk down to go get eggs bacon & toast and the rest. There wasn’t clean cups so we had to walk down the stairs once again to get coffee. The coffee machine wasn’t working as well. The food was cold. All of it all the time. Can’t even comprehend that one. The music was played so loud we could hardly hear each other talk. We were booked for 10:30. At 11:15 the trays with food were being emptied and taken away. We weren’t done eating by then at all. Then all of a sudden there was pushing and shoving of tables and chairs which once again was uncomfortably loud and disturbing. All of a sudden the music was increased even louder. Was this your way of literally chasing us away in order for your afternoon seatings? That’s exactly what it felt like. This was the worst experience ever at a restaurant. The worst ever. It spoilt our Fathersday in ways I can’t express and for that I am actually heartbroken more than angry and disappointed, as the day and moment has passed. We will never get it back again. I am awaiting your feedback. Regards, Chantel Victor Audiologist T: ********** 694

This specific branch has very limited stock in comparison to all other Woollies outlets I shop at. Especially when it comes to meat options low carb options, veggies & overal healthier options. Then the very little variety meat that you can find are off in color.

I've approached the manager two weeks ago explaining my concerns. Her reason for limited stock is that Woollies will only put "variety" on their shelves if they know it will be sold. Now I ask you how must anybody keep stats on what is being sold if there is little to be sold in the first place. Based on that variety is going to become even worst!!! You might as well close down this outlet.

I get more variety, convenience & healthier options at the Spar in the same complex! This is unacceptable.

The location of the Woolworths is very convenient as we live right across the road, but now I find myself having to drive 10-15km to get to a decent Woolworths of which standards are acceptable. Ridiculous.
