Staff member knocked into my parked vehicle.

One of their security drivers knocked into my parked vehicle a few months ago.

The company and staff member took no accountability for the damage caused to my vehicle. I am yet to receive any form of contribution towards my vehicle excess.

Absolutely disappointed in the way the matter was handled for such a well known and distinguished company.
