Rude Security
I’m writing this review on two specific security guards that work at the estate where I stay. I currently reside in WaterFall The Woods Estate Durban. The estate which I reside in is facial app recognition to enter. I’ve had to change my face App recognition twice as it has been giving me problems granted. The security that works with Ngobese gave me attitude when he was to open the boom gate using his face instead of communicating with me effectively about the face app recognition entry post. It’s not my fault as I myself get frustrated when the facial recognition doesn’t work. Those two specific securities especially the fairskinned security was so rude to me and I asked him what must I do as I have enquired as well with the estate manager. You’d swear he hates his job he doesn’t assist gracefully nor show kindness but signs of being irritated when he has to open should my facial recognition give me problems. It’s not my fault that the system gives me errors but to be rude to me is very disheartening especially as it has even made me feel uncomfortable when it’s their shift to work. These two securities were working in the evening in the past 3 days or so. Yesterday I had to yet again go enquire about my face app. But the level of assistance from this one individual to to say the least. It’s sad because in instances like this you’d even want to pull the race card and ask oneself if I was a different race will the level of assistance be a bit different graceful and a bit more respectful.

Rude Security

1 in 3 of their security are ******* immigrants who shouldn't be in the country, and almost all of their guards cannot speak primary school level English, have NO knowledge of the law, and attack members of the public for lawful activities like filming. They seem to run these secretive hotels that act as forward operating bases for the invasion of the UK by foreign occupiers. They treat natives like absolute garbage, barking orders and threatening to call the police, or just straight attacking them physically. I've seen THOUSANDS of videos of encounters with these clowns. ALL of them hide their SIA badges, too, which is a serious ******** offence. They don't understand what a public place is either and will try and stalk you to find your car and write down your license number.

Staff member knocked into my parked vehicle.
One of their security drivers knocked into my parked vehicle a few months ago. The company and staff member took no accountability for the damage caused to my vehicle. I am yet to receive any form of contribution towards my vehicle excess. Absolutely disappointed in the way the matter was handled for such a well known and distinguished company.

Debit account as they wish without informing you
Check your bank statements as they put debits through without informing you. This year they debited annual radio fee for 2022 in August 2023 and November 2023 radio fee for 2023. So I paid 2 radio fees in 1 year

Check your bank statements as they put debits through without informing you. This year they debited annual radio fee for 2022 in August 2023 and November 2023 radio fee for 2023. So I paid 2 radio fees in 1 year

Scammed by their sales employee
They sent out their sales employee to give me a quote for installation. Turns out their employee scammed me while on company business and they refused to take any responsibility while not even directly telling me why they fired their employee. They said they would do an "investigation" into the matter but I haven't had any response from them in 2 months or any reason as to why their employee was let go even while following up with their new head of sales. I was even willing to still join them if they were willing to meet me half way with the installation. Terrible.

Hats off to Avril and Elliot for their speedy response after I sent an email detailing a problem I had with my faulty alarm system. They responded as a security company should...as people interested in ones safety. Elliot " you're the man" thank you for being tech savvy. Keep up the good work guys. Wishing you all the best.

PROFORCE SECURITY - BEST SECURITY HERO'S IN THE WORLD!!
In South Africa, with all that we are going through, the COVID-19 Virus, the Loadshedding and horrific crimes to name but a few, Proforce are always ready to protect and serve. They are true hero's. When we have loadshedding our alarm sets off a panic to their offices and they call every time without fail just in case we are in trouble. If we do not answer our cell phones, they will send a Security Officer to our premises within seconds. I therefore feel so much safer knowing that they are around. Thank you guys for your continual heroism. I really do love you guys. Keep up the hard wor****!
