I recently wrote a review about Blue security trying to decuct money from my account that was not due to them as well as double debits.Once again causing unending charges on my account they have tried to debit for an annual fee that has been paid long ago despite the numerous calls I have made to try to clarify the issue. I had previously received an email informing me that my payments could now be done monthly to avoid the issues yet they persist... Accumulating bank charges and making promises to pay the charges and do nothing. They will not resolve the issues but continue to try to draw funds that are not owing to them. I have records of calls and emails to prove as much. Blue has the potential to be good security company but they are horrific administrators and their internal communications suck at a whole new level. Lutchmi from Mzansi who they have now merged with promised she would have these things sorted yet still the problem persists.
So, firstly vadacom has been completely off the charts **** for network lately. I know this because I live with someone who shares their router/internet with me. Watching anything has been a nightmare! Secondly, I have no vodacom contract yet someone (from vodacom) tried deducting some money from my penny's, ********ly, with no agreement and no contract signs as well as no authorisation. I am not sure what is going on with Vodacom, if they are going under or being dragged but all of the above is infuriating.
So Mzanzi decides to merge/join Blue security. Firstly, I did not sign a contact with Blue I left them due to the occasional double debits that they would randomly decide to deduct. So along comes blue and boom, after numerous calls to blue and a few to Mzanzi to clarify that the annual fees have been deducted already, Blue security decides to decust these fees for a second time! They also tried to decuct the normal monitoring fees which then put my account into a negative balance as there were insufficient funds and this has created additional charges for insufficient funds and reversal charges. Had they deducted only what was owing to them no additional charges would have been incurred on my account. Blue security has the propensity to do this, hence the reason I left the company. When you call to query people are always busy and will get back to you. If you are a prospective client Blue will respond quicker than they do when they need to provide answers to financial questions/queries. What they do is ridiculous and it is done without remorse. Could someone who actually knows what they are doing contact me and refund me for the charges that have been incurred through incompetency on your part... As I said I did not sign a contract with and would not like to. As stated you'll have no legal right to deduct monies from me let alone fees which have aalready been paid to the company I actually did sign with.
On the 10th of June I ordered some groceries as I had no transport to get to spar. I was then called by a guy by the name of Mikhail from the Knowles Pinetown branch and he told me that 2 items I ordered were not available in store and I would be reimbursed the R80 for the items as the system does not show when they are out of stock on the site but those items were not available. I waited for over a week and no refund. I then called the store and spoke to a guy by the name of Andile who promised me that I would be credited as soon as the "new" system was changed as this is the reason they were having issues and the system wasn't showing when the store didn't have stock. To date I wait for my refund and or credit. To make matters worse when you call to query the calls are always cut, the app itself is useless for getting any help! Hence the platform I now have to take to to get my own money back from the store... 18 days later. I am appalled at their service of late, they run an online store that most times does not have what they offer.
Once again when a five star rating for Mr. Blessing Mbongwa. What a person, what an employee. Knowledgeable, patient, efficient, umderstaning and kind. If you would like something done, queried or followed through he is the person. I had such an issue with a ****** water meter, gushing water and slow telephonic services. Once I got hold of him it was as though a light came on in the darkness and hope that was lost was restored. Even his reassurances were comforting when he told me he would do his best to help... And he did,! Blessing heading up the matter along with Leslie Alfred and Nelly Ngqika. To the plumber that came out in the rain Zamani Shezi, thank you. I just want to say thank you for all your efforts. They don't go unnoticed and they certainly are appreciated. To Mr. Mbongwa and his team. Well done. Keep doing what you'll do.
I booked my flight and thinking that because I am with a child priority boarding will help me to get her in and settled easily so I paid for it. We get there they ask us to join the queue to the right for priority passengers.... Well yes, just to be told after standing in the queue for 20 mins that we must make 2 lines and there was absolutely no priority boarding. It's a sham they take your money and everyone just walks through and passes you pushing as they please. To make matters worse we get to our row and seats and the seats are wet, sticky and dirty so I ring for attention from one of the flight attendents while standing and wait another 4 minutes. I thereafter grew weary of waiting and had to take my bag out of the overhead compartment and dig up my wet wipes to clean the seat so I could be seated... Long after being seated the attendant comes to ask me if I need assistance. Their service has really shown a sharp decline from previous travels. In their need to accommodate the masses they have lost sight of quality service and dupe people into paying for priority boarding that does not exist. Highly disappointed and appalled with their service.
I received a letter from blue indicating that they will be increasing fees as of the January 2025. Due to the debit order returning I made the normal payment via eft. As per the old amount as it was not yet January. I received a letter saying I had short paid them when the increase was effective as of January.. They then proceeded to deduct 3 times from my account now at the end of January amounts unknown to me and the usual fee. My contract officially ends as at the end of January and yet I am overcharged and R1200 deducted ********ly from my account. Please be very weary of blue as no one is available in accounts dept when you need an account for the ******* transaction that have been charged to your account. I was not even asked if I wanted my account to continue or I would like to cancel yet multiple amounts were deducted without my permission. It's not the first time, they did this to me in my previous place and they never want to give you your money back. I would like my money back and for them to stop running ******* transaction on my account.
Okay so my mom who is a pensioner has had her game account for many years now. She has made several requests one of which I myself was with her. They claimed to have reduced her limit but it's been 2 years of more that nothing has changed. She is paying interest on a credit limit she did not approve and has requested reduced on numerous occasions. They just don't seem to acknowledge her requests. We have even tried telephonically and still we wait. While chatting to others my mom's age and others even younger it's been noted that these behavioural parrerns are business as usual with them.
I have been to Checkers St. John's for years and quite frequently but for the first time I noticed the patience, care, efficiency and just pleasantness of a cashier by the name of Melissa Fono... Not 100% sure of the spelling of her surname but thank you. It's cashiers like you who take the eina out of stressful shopping trips.
