I took out a 30 month dual contract with Vodacom in September 2021. On their system they've recorded the term dates wrong. One contract has End date as March 2024(30 months) and the other has end date as June 2024 (33 months). I've been calling in from January trying to get the term dates corrected so I can cancel the contract now that it's supposed to be over. They make it so easy to take out a new contract, but when it comes to administration help to cancel or correct a contract, they make you wait months. Now I'm in a position where I'm paying for a contract that should be over.
They sent out their sales employee to give me a quote for installation. Turns out their employee scammed me while on company business and they refused to take any responsibility while not even directly telling me why they fired their employee. They said they would do an "investigation" into the matter but I haven't had any response from them in 2 months or any reason as to why their employee was let go even while following up with their new head of sales. I was even willing to still join them if they were willing to meet me half way with the installation. Terrible.
I've been trying to contact Tracker for over a week to assist with cancellation of my tracker at the end of the 36 month contract but to no avail. Apparently there's a "long hold" and they'll call me back. I even escalated the matter and still didn't receive a call back
