I’m writing this review on two specific security guards that work at the estate where I stay. I currently reside in WaterFall The Woods Estate Durban. The estate which I reside in is facial app recognition to enter. I’ve had to change my face App recognition twice as it has been giving me problems granted. The security that works with Ngobese gave me attitude when he was to open the boom gate using his face instead of communicating with me effectively about the face app recognition entry post. It’s not my fault as I myself get frustrated when the facial recognition doesn’t work. Those two specific securities especially the fairskinned security was so rude to me and I asked him what must I do as I have enquired as well with the estate manager. You’d swear he hates his job he doesn’t assist gracefully nor show kindness but signs of being irritated when he has to open should my facial recognition give me problems. It’s not my fault that the system gives me errors but to be rude to me is very disheartening especially as it has even made me feel uncomfortable when it’s their shift to work. These two securities were working in the evening in the past 3 days or so. Yesterday I had to yet again go enquire about my face app. But the level of assistance from this one individual to to say the least. It’s sad because in instances like this you’d even want to pull the race card and ask oneself if I was a different race will the level of assistance be a bit different graceful and a bit more respectful.
