Zero service!

I placed an order for Mother's Day on Wednesday, 5 May due for delivery on Saturday 8 May. No delivery!! No response to emails, and phone just rings. Shocking!! Not sure how to get my money back but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I really wish I had read these reviews before placing the order!
